Jamila leapt and caught the baobab fruit in her jaws. She landed on the ground elegantly and smirked as she saw the approaching cubs.
"Jamila! To me!" Asha shouted as she ran beside her. Jamila grinned and threw the fruit to Asha who caught it and continued running. They were in three teams.

Jamila, Asha and Asante in one. Ajani, Leah and Dogo in another. And the last one had Nailah, Koda and Akila. The nine cubs played with the baobab fruit chasing each other all around the Pride Lands laughing in delight before they all made it to the water hole.

The nine cubs all stopped, Jamila, Nailah and Ajani were all laughing as they sat down. The other six dropped to the ground panting while laughing.
"How are you not out of breath?" Asha asked impressed at her new friends.
"We're used to running alot." Ajani smirked his green eyes shining with mischief. Asha laughed slightly.
"I can tell! Are you okay, Leah?" Asha said looking towards her youngest sibling. Leah was panting her ears flat at the back of her head. But upon hearing her name she looked up and grinned.
"I'm fine. But my leg does hurt a little bit." she told them all.
"We'll take a break then." Koda said giving his little sister a genuine smile. Akila, Dogo and Asante all looked at each other before rolling their eyes.

"Fine by us. Besides you guys look like you've been hunting a Wildebeest or something!" Nailah said with a laugh as she stretched. Jamila and Ajani laughed and rolled their eyes. The other cubs looked at each other before they smiled slightly and began laughing to.
"We do, don't we?" Akila laughed her cream fur reflecting the sun's rays.
"Guys why don't we ask Uncle Kion and Bora to play!" Koda sudden suggested out of the blue. The cubs all looked to him and Asha smirked.
"Bora's Koda's girlfriend." she told them all. They all laughed while Koda blushed and looked to the floor.
"No! She's just a friend, Ash'!" he snapped.
"That's what they always say." Asante smirked wagging his eyebrows at Koda. The young Prince huffed and turned away.

Jamila laughed and rolled her eyes. While Nailah and Ajani shared a look.
"Ok. Ok. Ok. They can play. But it depends if Uncle Kion is busy or not." Asha grinned to Koda giving him a small wink.
"Great! I'll get Bora!" Koda beamed before he ran away. The other cubs watching him with smiles on their faces.
"Me and Ash' will get Uncle Kion. Seeya!" Leah beamed as she and Asha ran off. Leaving Akila, Asante, Dogo, Jamila, Nailah and Ajani on their own.

"You're good a baobab ball." Akila stated looking at the Jamila and the others. They all smiled kindly.
"Thanks. Your good as well." Ajani smiled fakely.
"Thanks!" Akila said with a giggle. He blinked and looked to Jamila nervously. She merely shrugged at him as she stretched. Nailah scowled at Akila her red eyes narrowed.
"Hey! Guys! Bora was near by and she's agreed to play!" Koda shouted running onto the scene with a blue eyed white lioness cub.

"You must be Jamila, Nailah and Ajani! So nice to meet you! And welcome to the Pride Lands!" Bora grinned at them all. They both smiled back.
"Hi, you must be Bora." Jamila greeted with a smile on her face.
"I sure am! So Koda said Kion was coming!?" Bora replied before she began looking around excitedly. Jamila raised an eyebrow and Asante came next to her.
"Koda has a crush on Bora. But she has a crush on Kion. Kion has no interest in love. He hasn't found the right lioness yet." he told her. Jamila looked at Asante with a raised eyebrow of question.
"That's sad." she told him her voice emotionless. As she watched Koda look to the floor in disappointment.

"Hey guys! Guys! Not only have we bought Kion to play but we bought...Oh no! ..........Oof!" Leah said before and during she tripped and rolled down the hill crashing into Nailah and sending them both tumbling of the floor.
"Oh! Nailah! I'm so sorry! It was my leg!" Leah gasped as she got of the grey lioness. She glared at the princess but when she noticed what she was doing and that they had to win the Pride Landers trust she relaxed slightly.
"It's okay! Are you all right, Princess Leah?" she asked as she got up as well. Leah sighed and looked to the floor.
"I guess. And I'm sorry again!" Leah told her.

"Leah! What did I tell you about going up ahead! It's dangerous! Janja could've...." Kion said as he ran down the hill Asha beside him and behind them the Lion Guard came running.
"I know! But I was really excited!" Leah argued with her head down. Jamila, Nailah and Ajani watched the scene with interest.
"Janja? As in the hyena who chased us threw the Outlands?" Ajani asked wanting to gain information.
"Yes, him." Fuli snarled her eyes narrowed. Her distaste for the hyena clear on the cheetahs features.

"Hm..." Jamila thought her green eyes going distant. Nailah knew that expression and smirked slightly. Jamila had a plan. A dangerous one at that...
"Where abouts does this hyena live? Just to make sure we don't run into him again?" Jamila asked again her head tilted to the side.
"The Volcano. Now are we gonna play baobab fruit or not!?" Bunga, the honey badger asked.
"Right now! But first we need to have teams. So they'll be three groups of five!" Asha beamed her own green eyes sparkling.

"Whose gonna be team captains though, Ash'?" Dogo asked tilting his head to the side.
"I know! Kion, Fuli and Bunga! We can't have the Lion Guard together again!" Asha said with a somewhat evil smirk. Jamila grinned slightly.
'By the lions of the past. I like this Pride Lander!' she thought with disgust and awe.
"Kion pick your team!" Bora smiled at Kion batting her eyes. Jamila rolled her eyes at the the cub's behavior. She'll never get his attention by acting like that. Kion looked uncomfortable but he smiled at her.

"Okay then, my team. Beshte, Asante, Leah and.....Jamila." Kion told them all. Jamila blinked in surprise but smirked when she saw Bora's crestfallen expression. Jamila walked up to Kion and flashed him a smile. Not noticing his blush as she passed him... Nailah and Ajani shared a glance when they saw the blush on the young prince's face.
"Fuli....?" Asha asked with a grin as Jamila sat next to Asante and Leah. Feeling uncomfortable with the hippo. At least she wasn't with the cheetah.

"Hm. Right then. I think I'll have Koda, Dogo, Bora and Nailah." Fuli stated with confidence. The four lions went over to her. Koda giving Fuli a big smile as he walked past. Nailah didn't even look at the cheetah and she looked to Jamila with a look that screamed 'help'. Jamila frowned and shook her head while looking at her pityingly. Ajani watched with contempt and Akila edged towards him purring.
"Guess we're together, Ajani." she grinned. Ajani looked at her nervously.
"Bunga? We all know the results but would you like to announce them?" Asha asked with a grin.

"Sure thing, Princess. It seems like I'm having Asha, Ajani, Akila and Ono!" Bunga grinned. Ajani stood up and walked over to Bunga with his head held high and his green eyes sparkling with confidence. While Akila followed and seemingly swooned in his presence. Asha followed behind and she rolled he eyes at her friend's behavior. Jamila watched her brow raised. While Nailah had her claws out and she was scraping the dirt her red eyes narrowed in Akila's direction.
"Let the game commence!" Asha shouted as Bunga threw the baobab fruit high in the air...
