If you don't feel like learning genetics and just want to check a family, here is a form! I have only included the most general items I need in order to determine offspring results. Please include two (2) forms, one for the mother and one for the father. I will show examples at the bottom of the page.

That's it! If you are confused, I'll list off some options for the coat color, pattern, etc. and also explain the last three fields.

Coat options:
Red/Ginger/Orange (please elaborate)
Cream (very light red-orange)
Apricot (very pale red-orange)
Black
Gray/Blue (if detailed, please elaborate)
Caramel/Pale Blue (bluish tan)
Chocolate/Brown (dark chocolate (candy))
Lilac (light purpley-brown)
Taupe (pale sandy-gray)
Cinnamon (milk chocolate(candy bar))
Fawn (light/pale orangey-brown)
Fawn Caramel (very pale orange-brown)

Patterns:
Tortoiseshell
Torbie (tabby tortoiseshell)
Calico (or tortoisehsell-and-white)
Mackerel tabby (mackerel fish tabby)
Braided tabby (tiger tabby)
Classic tabby (swirly lines)
Marbled tabby (blotches of swirls)

Fur Length:
Please choose between long and shorthair.

Carrying:
If you want the chance of brown, cinnamon, diluted(paled versions), or longhair kittens, then say yes to the one you want. However! Sometimes genetics do not allow certain colors of kittens to be born from certain color of parents! This is for the opportunity to have what you want.
