Please include two (2) forms, one for the mother and one for the father. I will show examples at the bottom of the page.

If you want the chance of brown, cinnamon, diluted(paled versions), or longhair kittens, then say yes to the one you want. However! Sometimes genetics do not allow certain colors of kittens to be born from certain color of parents! This is for the opportunity to have what you want.An example form could be like so:
