23. More of a Treat

I did not write for a few days

Because I write everyday,

But you don't reply

Which makes me walk away,

New year on it's way

Not seeing you for 190 days,

Which is true

I've been counting the days,

Everyday, every memory of ours messes my emotions,

The new year

Is what I fear,

I will cry again because of you not being there

I still have not grown up to that fear,

That is why you do not mess up with sensitive people, me,

Meh, there is nothing much to say

It's been a long time since that day,

Still trying to bear,

The pain

Wish it could drain,

Without me knowing

And my life will be normally flowing,

This is my new year resolution

Forgetting you this year

So I won't have anything sad to think about

And say nothing without another doubt,

Forgetting what happened to us

Backing away from you

Making you fade away in the blue,

Getting rid of all the thoughts

Forgetting all your naughts,

This is the first thing in my new year resolution's list : )
