38. Learn to Love again

I wish I knew about all the lies you said

Because of them I stayed lonely on the bed,

How the lies easily slipped from your soft lips

The way you cancelled all our plans,

I thought you were stressed out 

About?

I did not know at the start 

And when I knew, I got hit by a dart,

You were deciding which girl to pick

Me, the one who cares about you. Or the girl who was just interested in your d**k

I did not mess this up did I?

It was you who had a blind eye,

You were not able to choose

Who to bruise,

I am happy that we left, ended

My once broken heart is now mended,

I do not know about yours

But I too hope it cures,

This was hard for me but I grew out of it

Finally out of my mourning days

Back into my silly and crazy days

Away from the chase,

I still care about you, that one small spot that is still there

You have to promise me, swear,

That when you find a chance, go for it and be the man you once were 

The chance in your life will occur,

Only if you would accept it and move on from the past

You will be able to find love fast,

You need to try

Try not to make anyone else cry,

And finally find someone who stays with you

Who would help you in your times of blue,

People tend to fall in love with whom they never expected to 

It might be the same case for you,

Get those afterthoughts out of your brain

And learn to love again
