*Olivias pov*

Emma and I continued walking down the street, and eventually his house, I still don't know his name, came into view. I don't know why exactly, but my stomach was in knots and I got really nervous at the thought of him.

Emma was still talking but I wasn't really listening. I was mostly just thinking of every possible bad thing that could happen

1. I could embarrass myself... Again

2. I could puke

3. He could turn out to be a total douche

4. Or I might pass out

I didn't know what was going to happen and the suspense was tearing me apart from the inside out.

As we got closer and closer to his house I just kept getting more and more nervous. I took some deep breaths as we were only two houses away.

"You look like your gonna throw up" Emma laughed at me "it's just a guy, calm down"

"Yeah I know, but like, ugh. How did I let you convince me to do this."

"I'm just good like that" she snickers

Before walking up the driveway I looked at his house for a second.

It was a beige color, and about the same structure as mine. There was a decently seized deck with a small garden in front of it. There were a lot of windows, and I could see people moving inside.

"Wait," I said stopping Emma from going up the driveway "what if his parents answer. We don't know his name!"

"Umm..." She hesitated for a moment, "guess we'll find out. Now let's goooooo." And we started walking up the driveway.

I walked up the steps and Emma rang the doorbell. I quickly fixed my hair and just relaxed, trying to think of the positive.

Someone answered the door and thank GOD it was him. I didn't know what to say and Emma was looking at me, giving me a glare that probably meant I should start talking.

"Hey" he said and smiled.

Oh god that smile. He was so adorable!

"Hey" I said and returned the smile "I just wanted to.. Uh.. Introduce myself. I'm Olivia, I live down the street"

"Yeah I think I knocked on your door looking for my puppy," He laughed "sorry about that. But I'm Cameron. Nice to meet you" he extended his hand and I shook it. Damn were his hands soft. I made sure I pulled away before it got to awkward.

"Oh and this is Emma, my friend." I pointed to Emma.

"Hey" he said with another one of his dazzling smiles

She returned the smile, and after that nobody said anything.

"Do you uh...do you guys wanna come in? Were still unpacking but.."

"We'd love to" Emma said, cutting him off.

Once Cameron (I finally knew his name) invited us in, Emma nugged me and we laughed.

When we got inside I looked around for a minute. It was pretty identical to my house. The kitchen was on the right when you walked in, and the living room straight ahead. And to the left were the stairs and bathroom. There were boxes scattered everywhere, some unpacked some not.

*Camerons pov.*

All I could think about right now is how, the girl I haven't been able to stop thinking about is in my living room.

What if she thought the house was messy? What if she could see how nervous I was? What if she hated me?

Oh God, what have I gotten myself into.

I walked into the living room and said "You guys can sit if you'd like," I scratched the back of my head out of nervousness.

I sat in one of the chairs we had in the living room and they say on the couch. They both seem to be really nice, but Olivia was the one who really caught my attention.

"So where did you move from?" Olivia asked me. All I could think was 'DONT SCREW THIS UP'

"North Carolina, dads job got transferred," was that an acceptable answer?

"Never been" she said "how are you liking Cali so far?"

"Well I've only been here a few hours but it's pretty nice. Loving the neighborhood so far. The people are nice." Shit, why did I say that.

She smiled, I think that's a good sign.

Emma looked at her, I don't know what that means in girl code but she smirked at her.

"Has anyone given you a tour around yet?" Emma asked me

"Nope" I said. Should my answer have been longer?

"Well-" Emma got cut off by my parents walking in the room.

"Hello" my mom said with a smile, she looked at Emma and Olivia and then looked at me like 'are you going to introduce us?'

Olivia and Emma said hi and I decided to step in.

"Mom, dad, this is Olivia and her friend Emma. Olivia lives down the street."

"Well nice to meet you girls" my dad said.

They smiled and my mom looked at me with a funny look and walked out of the room. My dad stayed, oh jeez.

"Are you the same age as Cameron?" He asked, looking at Olivia and Emma.

"Well," Emma said, "we actually don't know Carmen's age yet." And she looked at me.

"Oh sorry" I said and laughed, "17"

"Well then yes we are," Emma said with a smile.

"That's fantastic, come by any time" he said, "we haven't yet gotten the time to introduce ourselves to the neighbors,"

"I'm sure my parents would love to meet you," Olivia said

"Great," he replied "oh and I apologize, I'm mr Dallas. But you can call me john, and my wife sherry."

"Nice to meet you" Emma said, "would it be ok if we borrowed Cameron for a little while?" She asked and then looked at me. I looked at her with a questioning look, "we just wanted to take him on a little tour around the area,"

I smiled and looked at Olivia who was looking at me. She smiled shyly and we just looked at eachother.

"Cameron.. Hello.." My dad said

"Oh what, yeah sorry um, can I go dad?"

"Sure" he said "be home at a reasonable hour," and then he walked out of the room.

How long were me and Olivia looking at each other? It really was hard to tell, looking at such a beautiful girl.

"Well then," Emma said, "let's go!"
