It's Sunday and I'm with Grayson, hanging out in the living room and watching movies. We have somewhat of a double date with Alïa and Eddie to attend today at 6 and it's 3 so we're passing the time. Kendall's also with us, sitting on the couch next to us.
I know it's only been a day since the kiss, but I feel like he's my soulmate. He's absolutely perfect, with his hazel eyes, his dimples, his hair, his smile... ugh that perfect smile of his.
I turn my head to look at him. I stare for a long time before he turns his head my direction. I smile at him and he smiles back, showing his perfect smile.
"What?" He asks.
"Mmm, Nothing. I like your complexion."
"Gross guys." Kendall says before standing up and walking away.
I laugh, "Wanna help me get ready?"
"I'd love to." Grayson tells me.
We make our way to my room where I sit him down on my bed. I open my closet and browse the selection.
"Should I go... with red?" I say, showing him the red outfit I found.
"Hmm..." Grayson looks down at his own outfit and smirks, "You should go in white."
"White?"
"White."
"Why white? It's the complete opposite of what I normally wear."
"I know, but..." Grayson gets off my bed and walks towards me. He grabs my waist and looks me in the eyes, " I think you'd look hot in white. In any color, really, but I just haven't seen you in white."
I smile, "Alright then." I push him back so he sits on my bed again.
I walk into my bathroom and change into a white crop top and light washed skinny jeans. I look at myself in the mirror and smile a little. Not gonna lie, I don't look too bad. I quickly brush my hair and apply black liner on my eyes, winging it out at the end. I then apply lipgloss and I'm done. I walk out of the bathroom and find Grayson looking at some old pictures of me on my dresser.
"You were adorable." He tells me.
"Oh, I know."
"But you've grown to be absolutely stunning and the hottest person I've ever met."
I blush a little, "Are you ready?"
"Yeah," he walks over to me and takes his phone out, "but we gotta at least take a picture."
"Fine. But I'm choosing the angle and filter and everything." I take the phone out of his hand and change the filter. He turns to kiss my cheek and I do the same, leaving us to kiss. We're both so shocked, we turn away and snap the picture there.
"Awe." He says, taking the phone out of my hand and looking at the picture.
•Diner•
"Lani!!!!" Alïa races towards me and hugs me," I HAVENT SEEN YOU IN FOREVER!!!"
I smile and hug her back, "It's only been 2 days."
She pulls back," That's a really long time."
Grayson walks from me to the table where Eddie's sitting.
"So.... him, huh?"
"Yeah... isnt he dreamy?"
"I suppose he is, although Eddie is better."
"Oh please, not even."
The rest of the night is full of joyful chatter between us. Turns out, Grayson has a twin brother who lives in New Jersey with their parents. Apparently they both moved here two years ago, but his brother, Ethan, got into a car accident which lead his parents to force him back home.
The more I learned about Grayson, the more I found myself falling for him.
Don't blame me... he's just perfect.
