Stiles P.O.V.

I was walking in the woods, I knew it was a bad idea, but I needed a shortcut home. My jeep was in the shop, Scott had plans with Kira, and Lydia had plans with Allison. They all were busy, so I didn't bother to ask them. With the nogitsune dead, part of me was relieved while the other half was still in fear. No one noticed though, I acted like I was my old self. The supernatural stuff died down, so I went into the woods. I honestly didn't expect anything to happen, since it was still daytime.

I walked along the dead leaves, the sound of crunching noises was heard. I looked up and saw the naked trees and took in the beautiful scenery. The sun was at its highest point, while it's rays went through the branches of the trees. I never really noticed that the forest was beautiful until now. I usually thought it was the most darkest place on Earth considering the fact of all that happened in the forest.

I sat down on a small cliff near by, a waterfall was to my right and a small lake was below me. I let my feet hang off the cliff and swayed them back and forth. I never felt so peaceful in my life, there was no danger, hunters trying to kill Scott, no one missing, and e.t.c. I just wanted peace, don't get me wrong though. Part of my life is thankful this happened. I would have never gotten the friends I have today without it. Lydia and me wouldn't be talking at all.

Since were on subject of Lydia, I might as well say part of me can't get over the fact she kissed me a few weeks back. She said she only kissed me, because I was having a panic attack but I know it was something more than that. I don't ask her though, I'm trying to not be annoying. I have also been working out lately for the past 7 weeks. I have gotten major improvement on my upper body strength and speed. The best part is I finally have abs, currently a 8 pack. I'm impressed myself. But I don't show it that much, some people still think I'm that wimpy and weak Stiles. When underneath my shirt and hoodie, I am actually strong.

I didn't notice until now that the sun was going down. Crap. I took out my phone and found out it was 8:30. I had no missing calls or texts from my Dad so I can still make it back home. It was hard to go through the woods without thinking some supernatural creature will sneak up behind you and randomly do something.

I kept walking in a fast pace, not wanting to break into a sprint because it might attract unwanted attention. Looking back all I saw was the darkness of the woods and a faint outline of the trees. Sweat was dropping from my forehead like crazy.

I heard a howl, to be more specific I heard Scott's howl. I looked up and saw the full moon. Just great, just great. The only time I ever walk in the woods by myself and there's a full moon. I walked a lot more faster, trying to get to my destination quicker.

Unfortunately with my luck (more like bad luck) I had company. To be more specific it was a werewolf. It had blood-red eyes that can just stare into your soul. I stopped any sudden movements, and just looked at the werewolf right in front of me. It's mouth looked bloody like it's eyes. I could see it's very sharp and pointy teeth. I had no weapons on me, so killing it isn't an option. If I called 911 my Dad would be more worried out of his mine, so cross that off the list. The only option left is face the werewolf head on. Even though I had practiced running for a couple miles, I couldn't out run a freakin' werewolf.

The werewolf started to growl at me, showing it's full set of teeth. I tried to clam it down, but it got angrier. I didn't like the way it looked at me. It looked at me as if I was an object like a chew toy to be more precise.

I stepped back, breaking a twig when it bit me at my wrist. It wouldn't even pry off. My screams echoed through the forest, making wolf howls whispers. So much blood flowed around through my vains faster. It felt like this werewolf didn't want to eat me, but only turn me into one of them.

20 seconds went by and the werewolf was off my wrist. It hurt like a motherfucker. My right wrist looked all bloody and my skin looked shredded. I've seen many and I mean many disturbing photos from my Dad's office, but nothing was compared to my wrist. I was currently having a massive headache. My vision getting blurrier by the second. I looked at the werewolf one last time, before I passed out into darkness.
