Last time on Deku Rider OOO these three things happened!

                          
1: Izuku, Ex-Aid, Y/n and Hina infiltrate the Hospital to locate one of Kazari's Yummies

                          
2: Izuku finds the Sami-Neko Yummy and starts starts to attack it but then he's saved by Ex-Aid as he reveals his new form and Mighty Brothers Double X

                          
3: The Sami-Neko Yummy is saved by Diend. He summons Leon and transforms it into it's final form and now it's Ex-Aid and Parado's time to fight

                          
Ex-Aid: "HYPER DOUBLE X DAI HENSHIN!"

                          
Gamer Driver: "BAKKĀN! MU~TE~KI~!"
