Food intake/calories:
2 Almonds: 5 calories
Salad no dressing or toppings added. So basically just ice burge lettuce: so about 6 calories.
Fruit: 20 calories
Total calories: 31I was quite busy today and food was not quite a priority. Not to say I did drink my eight cups of water so I did stay hydrated. Remember guys always stay hydrated.
