Let's start with how much I weigh and my height shall we. Cause I know you all are just dying to know how much I weigh right. Lol you probably really don't care but ya know that's okay.
(P.s feel free to give me advise on weight loss. cause clearly I need it. If you guys have any tips it would be very much appreciated.)

Weight: 122ibs.
Height: 5.5
Food intake/calories:
2 Almonds: 5 calories
Salad no dressing or toppings added. So basically just ice burge lettuce: so about 6 calories.
Fruit: 20 calories
Total calories: 31

I was quite busy today and food was not quite a priority. Not to say I did drink my eight cups of water so I did stay hydrated. Remember guys always stay hydrated.
