So this was mainly going to be to track my food and calories. But I also am going to start putting my workout progress in here cause it will help me keep track of my progress. And hopefully inspire me to push myself further. Cause I am currently quite lazy.Feel free to do my workouts and comment if you have workouts you do that you'd like to share. I really hope this helps you guys. And motivates you. Cause we all need a little motivation from time to time. It can be hard to put that Nutella jar back in the pantry. The struggle is real.
