Morning workout:
100 crunches
50 sit-ups
20 pushups
30 toe touchesThis is not much but it is certainly a start for my morning. I will definitely be making some changes to it but for now it works. Cause ya know I'm so BUSY!!! Doing important stuff like reading a some fan fiction on watt pad.
After meals workout:
100 jumping jacks
50 crunches
30 burpees
10 pushups
Cause the know feeling bloated after them meals.
Last but not least.
Night workout:
200 crunches
30 squats
30 sec. Plank
100 jumping jacks.Honestly I feel accomplished every time I complete a workout and I feel really good. So if you guys have lack of energy try to workout, as weird as it seems it helps. It is Honestly an accomplishment to get out of bed in the morning.
