I had been practicing wearing my high heels. Walking up and down the halls and stair case, every step I took was one step closer to braking something from a vase to a bone. I herd the door bell ring. Claudia.

“Valentine, can you come here for a moment?” Rouges voice said.

“Yep, one sec!” I shouted back. I stumbled towards the door bumping into everything in my path. I quickly fixed my messy bun and came out into the front room.

There sitting on the coffee table was a package with my name on it in big writing. Rouge was sitting in a leather chair staring at it.

“What’s that?” I asked

“It came for you just a second ago.” She looked tired which was strange since she always seemed so happy and energetic all the time.

I walked over and picked it up, I expected it to be heavy but it was light as a feather. The room suddenly went colder and a dog started barking outside as I ripped the first piece of tape off.

Oh no, god why! Why me. The doorbell rang loudly in my ears and I dropped Him on the ground stumbling backwards into a chair.

Rouge had gone to answer the door.

I thought it was over, I thought wrong. It was never going to be over never going to end. He always said he wouldn’t leave me and that we would never be parted for we are one.

Claudia entered the room, her blonde curly hair swaying as she moved. She could walk perfectly in her black heals like she was born to wear them. She looked amazing, Beautiful and sexy.

“What are you doing?” She said pulling her dark sunglasses off.

I looked up for a second then back down at my feet. Shit. He’s gone. The only thing there was a little piece of paper. I bent down and picked it up, it read.

I Love You Valentine’ In red letters.

Shit how did he find me. I moved half way around the world for Gods Sake!

The night could not get anymore worse, oh that’s right it did, I had a party to go to while at home Rouge and Billy were stuck with that thing, who was probably hiding in a dark place waiting for me to find him. I begged Claudia to go without me but she said she would die if I wasn’t there.

We arrived at the party which had been held in this big hall. I walked in last letting Claudia make her big entrance, as I suspected all eyes were on her and everyone was whispering. I spotted the Birthday girl making her way over to us with a big grin on her face.

“Oh. My. God! No way! I didn’t think you would actually show up. I mean like to my party.” She said.

You see Claudia isn’t just any girl, I mean if she wants to be friends with you, you are the luckiest girl alive, and I’m still not used to getting weird looks from girls since she started hanging out with me.

“Yeah, yeah we were really glad you invited us.”  Claudia said looking around sounding kind of bothered by the girls presence. She sensed it and said.

“Well, you enjoy yourselves!” She left with a smile on her face.

“Omigod! There he is!” Claudia said pointing to a table with food on it.

“Who?” I asked.

“Matt! OK I’m going to go talk to him, how do I look?” She said nervously fixing her hair.
