Chapter.11 company

Leles POV

school was finally over and me and Steven went to our lockers.

"I have so much homework😫" Steven said throwing text books in his bag.

"Awee babe" I blushed

"stop the blushing Lele!" Steven yelled jokingly

"whatever!" I slapped his arm playfully.

"wanna hang tonite bae?" Steven asked

"I can't my dad wants me home" I pouted My lip how Steven usually does

steven pulled out his phone and started to text someone.

"who's thats?" I said with a curious face

"just my mom, she said I'm going out later so I wouldn't be able to hang either"

me am Steven started to walk home, once we got to the corner Steven kissed me, it was quick.

we both left for our own houses.

I opened up the door and I smelt food cooking.

"whatcha making dad?" I asked

"burritos, we are having company!"

as soon as my dad said company I immediately thought my mom was coming down, plus my mom always mad homemade burritos! but I didn't say anything about it.

"yummy! my fav"

I ran upstairs and put my bag on my bed, since people were coming over I had to get all nice. last time we had company it was my dad's work friends, do it's probably just them agian.

I let my hair down, and brushed it out, I straightened my hair and wore it down, I fixed up my makeup, and changed into a cute new dress I got it's just a skater dress ( the ones that are tight at the top them flow out) it was black and had a really low cut out in the back so I had to wear a bandeau.

i looked in the mirror and noticed that it's looked kind plain so I took a gold chain that my mom gave me before she left..it had a small locket and some grains of sand from Mexico where I was born. it was really Important to me it was basically all I had left of my mom..

I went down stairs and my dad was dressed all nice, he was setting the table.

"they will be here any minute,you look nice!"

"thanks:)" I sat down on the couch and dye me texted me.

someone knocked on the door.

"they are here!!" my dad called he seemed happy.

as soon as he said they I knew it wasn't my mom 😔

I went to the washroom real quick and my when I got out I took a double take.

what could this be happening??

Stevens POV

when I walked into Leles house I didn't see her, it was so awkward that I was here, and our parents are dating.

I sat down and I saw Lele walk out of the washroom..

she looked at me I looked at her but I turned my head away. it would be awkward I had to act like I didn't know her.

"so Steven I heard a lot about you!!" Leles dad said

i smiled and nodded.

"you seem like a nice boy!" her dad said I didn't know how to respond to that, good thing I was cut off by Lele.

Leles POV

"so dad was this the surprise?" I cleared my thoart

"um yea!" he said

I looked at Steven he was texting under the table.

I got a text from Steven

Steven:pretend like we don't know eacother!

Lele:ok this is so awkward😫💕

"Lele please put your phone away." my dad was being all weird agian.

Stevens mom told him to put his phone away too

Maria began to talk

"so Lele this is my son steven!"

"hi Steven nice to meet you" I smiled

"hi Lele" Steven made a side smirk

we ate and talked and after we were finished.

we all sat down in the back yard around the fire.

"guys we need to talk" my dad said

"aren't we already talking?"i laughed and Steven laughed too

Maria spoke up.

"should I tell them?" Maria asked my dad

"yes." my dad said

me and Steven looked at eachother confused.

"we are moving in togther!"

I stood there silent so did Steven.
