Leles POV

when I woke up I was in a cell. it was cold and I was sleeping on nothing but a cloth sheet and a small pillow. all I was wearing was a dirty white robe nothing under.

all I could think is 'im going to die'

i looked up and I saw the women, I started to cry. she unlocked the cell and came in.

"please no no don't hurt me!!" I sobbed

"shhh don't worry" she said sweetly.

"I'll keep you safe" she said reaching her arm to help me up.

"where am i!!" I tried to keep calm

"all I can tell you is that if you listen to him you will be safe" she said leading me done a long hall way.

"go all the way down to the end and enter the doors" she said and ran away quickly, I tried to stop her but she was gone in no time.

I walked down the hall way and opened to doors, there had to be at least 10-15 girls sitting at tables, no one seemed to notice me.

I looked around and all if them were eating food. in no way would I eat food from this place! he couldve poisoned it.

I sat at a table where no one was. I started to sob in my arm.

I felt someone touch my back, I jumped up!

"who are u?" I asked the girl that looked around my age.

"he calls me Angie" she said sitting down

"umm I'm lele" i said

"how long have u been here?" she asked

"this is my first day" I said

"ohh your new I have been here for 7 years!"

"you haven't tried escaping?"

the girl ran away.

why are people so weird here??!

Stevens POV

I went to the skate park to get my mind off of thinking about lele.

I did some tricks and then I saw a couple with Ice cream they looked so happy! It reminded me of mine and Leles first date. I needed to find her.

I rode around Compton, I went in the mall and checked every store.

where could she have gone and not come home.

I rode around Compton some more, still nothing, it was 9:00 so I rode home, I walked inside and Leles dad and my mom were talking to the police.

"mom what's going on?" i asked

"Steven!! they know a place she might be!!" my mom shouted

"REALLY?? WHERE MOM?" I was so happy

the police spoke up

"we'll years back there was a man who kidnapped girls under the age of 16, we had him in jail but he got bailed by his wife and now we can't find him but we still have to find where to find her"

"we will have some more news tomorrow morning" the police left.

Okk I start school tmrw😭 so I will try to update when I get home, but I don't know😫
