"Hun, hurry up and get changed, your breakfast is getting cold!" My mom said screaming from downstairs. Gosh, she screams loud.

"Alright, alright I'm coming!" I say screaming back.

What does she think I'm doing? Walking a dog? I'm obviously moving as fast as I can... It's the first day of high school!

I finally reach downstairs wearing a blue jeans with a white long sleeve top and my nike sneakers with my hair straight with some mascara and some eye liner. I run to the table because I have to get to school in 15 minutes and I'm a slow eater... Very slow.

She made some pancakes with egg and bacon, it was quite cold but I don't really care.

"Mum, come on let's go we have like 5 minutes!" I say screaming at her from the car. She takes so long just to put on some darn sandals. Seriously?

"El, it's not my fault that you might be late, I woke you up 30 minutes in advance for you to get everything ready, and I come back to check on you and what are you doing? Sleeping." She says jogging to the car. Yes, she was right she did wake me up quite early then usual, but... whatever, that's not important, you know whats important?

We finally reach to the high school.

Holmes chapel high school.

It looked really neat, matter of fact.. Everything in Cheshire looks neat, being new to this country, I really thought that my hometown Scarborough in Canada was neat but, never mind. Yes, I do think Canada is neat, but England.is a bit neater.

Anyways.

"Ok Elena, it's all gonna be fine, find some friends, get to know people, and most importantly," she glares at me, "do good in your work. I wanna hear about everything that happened today, okay?" My mum said parking into a lot by the school.

To be honest, Im quite nervous. I'm a shy person and I hope and pray that the girls in this school aren't some high school brats who just care about the cutest guys and all that, and the boys aren't perverts and only care about girlfriends. If so, I'm not in for it, thank you, goodbye. And-

"Elena, Are you even listening to me?" My mom says taking me away from my thoughts.

"Oh yes, sorry mum, Im just a bit nervous." I say honestly.

"Elena, don't be. It'll all be fine, trust me." My mom says just before the bell rings for me to finally go inside a school that I know have to spend 8 hours of my day in.

"Alright El, see you soon, have a great day, love you!" She says giving blow kisses to me while I unbuckle my seat belt, slowly stepping out.

"Love you too mum, wish me luck, bye." I say shutting the car door and waving while I walk to the gigantic high school. Watching her drive way, sucks, I know now that it's just me, myself and I, Against a huge building and a billon high schoolers.

Here we go.
