It was a week later after I got here,I walked into the classroom only to see Akamatsu talking to Iruma however she seemed to be thinking about something and had a sad and worried expression rather than her energetic cheery expression. I walked over to her and she had a surprised or startled face as she immediately put her hands behind her back " Uh hey Akamatsu san is something wrong?" She looked away for a second "Oh uh ye-yeah I'm fine" there was definitely something bothering her"oh uh ok?" I didn't want to pressure her so I just said ok and moved on.
It was finally lunch time , I was thinking of asking Akamatsu if I could talk with her during lunch but she declined and said she was busy.after she said that I sat on a bench and just watched the clock on my phone slowely tick when all of the sudden....."hey Saihara mind if I talk with you a little" "huh" someone stood in front of me and waved, he had green hair and green eyes his ear had multiple piercings and his hand wore many rings. "Remember me" he said. Yes he was Rantarou Amami he was a childhood friend of Akamatsu I remember I would walk home and pass by them a lot. "Huh Amami um sure" as I said that he sat next to me and placed his bag next him. It mostly was quiet it was pretty awkward so I tried to talk a little. "um Amami do you know anything about Akamatsu?" "Huh what do you mean?"he said as he turned to face me "do you know if there is anything bothering her?"as I asked he looked away for a second "no sorry" I felt suspicious about him, Akamatsu is definitely hiding something and Amami is probably in on it. After that he started to talk about his classmates and friends it was weird it was like he was trying to change the subject like a killer who was rambling about saving people when they are pointed as a killer. After a few more random conversations the bell rang and we went our separate ways. Something is definitely wrong.
