Shopping (Alex Arc)

I slowly wake up yawning "Hey Mimi?" I look at Mimi, who was still peacefully sleeping. I guess her staring at the sky almost all night cause her to be very sleepy. I chuckle getting up and walk off to the school, it doesn't start into later on so I have a lot of time. 

"Ugh...so much shopping" I heard a man groaning as I look at the man, oh...is him...the student body president Alex. Didn't he fuck with Mimi mind? I sigh, maybe I should see what's up. I walk to him "Hey, what's up?" I said as Alex looks at me "Sorry, is just that I gotta do a lot of shopping since we're having a bit of a festival coming up" He sighs "I do need some help with shopping, is it okay if you help me?" He asks as I thought, shopping isn't my thing but...I sigh "Sure, I'll help...even though shopping is not my thing" I said as Alex smiles "Thanks, I need to get something from my dorm, you don't mind waiting there, do you?" He would ask as I shake my head "No, I don't mind" He said as we both walk to his dorm.

This is honestly weird, but I did hangout with Aaron in the cafe and Clear all day, so this shouldn't be anything gay or something like that, plus we honestly just shopping. I look at Alex room, is really not messy, is super clean, like he barely touches it. That's where I notice a book "A book? " I pick up the book and stares at it "A book of quotes? Why would he want to read that type of book?" I wonder as I begin to look at the book, he did put a bookmark on this one part of the book, hmm...I begin to read it.

"Friendship is delicate as a glass, once broken it can be fixed but there will always be cracks".

What is this quote? It really does sound a person who forgot about him...maybe I can find out who was the person. I put the book away as Alex walks back to me "Hey, I'm back" He smiles, he was holding an umbrella 

"So, you ready?" He asks me as I nodded. While walking "Hey, why are you holding a umbrella, is pretty clear outside" I put to the sun and the sky, the breeze also feels very nice, Alex frowned a bit "I...honestly don't wanna say, I don't normally tell people until I know them long enough...but for you, it might be quicker" His tone, it was like a reunion of seeing somebody wants again after a long time. I try to shrug it off, but...the feeling of it still sticks inside of my head.

Me and Alex walk inside and begins to follow the list, it was honestly fun talking to Alex. We did mostly talk about how his job is, is very stressful for him but is also fun making activity up and seeing everyone smile and laugh, it was like...he never experience anything like this in person, until now. I feel a bit strange, I feel both happy and sad? I honestly don't understand my emotions sometimes, is like something inside my brain...I just remember something. I shrug it off again as we both walk off after grabbing the stuff we need. "Hey Alex, I was wondering..." I said as Alex stops looking at me "Yes Cody?" He said looking at me smiling. "Have we...ever met before?" I ask him as his eyes widen a bit looking away "C-Cody...we haven't...silly" He said, his tone though sounds a bit sad, he looks away holding his umbrella tightly

"Sorry Cody, can we...drop it?" He asks as I slowly look at him before nodding, Alex...I'll know more about you, I hope I do one day. Me and Alex walk off, the mood was a bit sadder than usual, I just hope one day I  can make him happy. "Is been fun hanging with you today" I said as Alex nodded "It has, I just wish it can last..." He mumbles. I wonder what does he mean by that? "I guess I'll see you around" I said as he nodded walking off. I walk off to my dorm and lays down "..." I sigh and looks at the ceiling "...That quote..." I mumble to myself as I begin to feel a headache rising, I groaned a bit holding his head "...Owch...I need some rest..." I said before slowly closing my eyes falling asleep.
