The Invisible Man (Alex Arc)

"I wish people can see you" The boy said as the other boy slowly nodded walking to a cat and picks it up "...What is this?" He asks the boy as he smiles, the boy looks at it "Is a cat, you can pet it if you want" He said as the other boy smiles petting it, the cat purred and nuzzled on Alex before getting on his shirt "Huh, he's on my shirt!" 

The cat looks at the boy before meowing, the boy smiles walking to the cat and pets it "Cody, you might get wet!" He said as he puts his umbrella on the boy, the boy shakes his head gently giving it back to the boy "No, I gave you this present for a reason, I just...wish I could see you for real" He frowned as the other boy drop the umbrella hugging him tightly "...I wish I can see you for real also, you and the other humans, I just wish...I could understand you all, but I'm just-"

I wake up eyes widen breathing heavily "W-What the hell..." I had that dream since me and Alex ever talked, who was that boy? And what does he mean by..."Can't see you for real"? I honestly don't understand my dream...I sigh wiping the sweat away and gets up looking at Mimi who was sleeping peacefully "Aww, love you babe" I said kissing her cheek before standing up. "...I wonder, who was those boys?" I said before taking a quick shower, afterward I walk off. 

"Hey, Alex!" I could see Alex doing some paperwork "Huh, Cody!" He smiles as I chuckle "Doing some paperwork?" I said as he nodded "Yeah, is really a pain in the ass" He said as I sit down looking at the paper "...Is it okay if I help?" I ask him as his eyes shine a bit "R-Really?! I mean, thanks Cody" He smiles as we both begin to work. After a while of working, I notice Alex was asleep.

I guess him getting the job really does prove how much he can work hard, I look at the notes "Tomorrow is gonna be fun" I said smirking, me and Mimi can go on another date. I smile looking at Alex "Alex..." I rub his hair, he's just like a little brother I wish to have, but I seriously felt like we met before, and that quote, was I the person? I shake my head before finishing Alex work. While working, I could see him holding a book "Huh, that same book? I guess he likes that book" I then notice that there was a drawing book on him "...Drawing, he can draw?" I gently grab the book and begins to look at it.

The drawing first shows a boy and another boy hanging out being the best of friends there until that one boy slowly vanishes leaving the other one behind, as the years go by, the other boy slowly grows lonely and sad. One day they both have a reunion again, but the boy has forgotten about everything, with time running out, the other decided to accept the reality and have fun with him one last time before he left, they decided to go to the beach where he says his farewell.

"That seems sad" It almost sounds like, is happening to him right now...I look at Alex who was slowly about to wake up, I put the drawing book back to where it was before. "Hey, Alex is time to wake up" I said as Alex groaned slowly wake up, we both continue to do our work. 

"Ready for our date tomorrow, Mimi?" I ask Mimi as she nodded "You didn't need to say it out loud though" She blushes looking away as I smile laying down, I can't help but think about that dream...I wonder what I'm gonna dream about tonight, I sigh and slowly close my eyes.
