Roxy POV
I'm on my way to the cafeteria when I noticed Ray walking in the middle of the field while the soccer team are practicing. He really is an idiot! Who the heck would walk in the middle of the field when there are students playing. Looking further, he seems like in a deep thought. He is spacing out in the middle of a play!
I saw a ball coming towards him. I panicked and called out to him, "Ray! Watch out!"
He was about to turn around when the ball hit him. Ouch! That hurts a lot! And it looks like there were so much force kicked in that ball that made him blacked out. So stupid of him! And also a weakling!
I ran towards him as the players gathered around him. I approached him as he fell on the ground unconscious. How many times do I have to say that he's such a weakling?
"Ray?Ray?" I asked whilst shaking him to wake him up, but its no use. Looks like I need to bring him to the clinic.
'Now, be nice Roxy. Don't be rude and throw him in the ground.' I told myself whilst putting his left arm around the back of my neck and helping him up.
"I'll take care of him myself. I'll bring him to the clinic. No need for help," I told the students who gathered around. I don't need help. I'm strong anyway.
Someone was about to react when I gave them a cold stare. Oooh! I like it when they shut their mouth.
When I reached the clinic, I kicked the door. Wallah! It's open. i'm too tired to reach for the doorknob and twist it. This weak guy is too damn heavy! He's a guy for godsake and I'm just a girl who managed to bring him all the way from the field to the clinic. The nurse jumped up in surprise when I kicked the flying open. I'm lucky enough the door didn't broke.
I approached the nurse who looked shock and stared at him coldly. "What? Are you going to help me or not?" I asked her rather a bit cold and with sarcasm. I rolled my eyes when I saw her quickly getting up and helping me lay him down in the bed.
"W-what h-happend t-to him?" the nurse asked shaking.
"Nah. He just walked in the middle of the field whilst the soccer team are practicing and the ball hit him hard enough to knock him unconscious," I told her with a lace of sarcasm and annoyance.
"Take care of him and don't do anything malicious to him," I added whilst stepping out the door with a grin on my face.
Hahaha! The nurse was confused at first, but when she figured it out, I slammed the door closed.
I looked at my watch and cursed that I have five minutes left for brake. I ran towards the cafeteria. I don't care if I get late in my next class. As long as I can eat my favorite food. Yum!
I pushed the two oak doors to the cafeteri wide open. As I stepped in, I caught everyone's attention. Oopsie! Looks like I made a grand entrance. I don't want people staring at me right now so I gave them my infamous cold stare. They immediately looked in other directions.
"Pathetic!" I thought to myself.
Here I was making my way back to the classroom with two tacos at both of my hands. I stared at it for a while and thought I won't be able to finish it. I remembered Ray still in the clinic. I'm sure he still haven't eaten yet. I can give him the other one. On second thought, why am I that concerned about him?
Ray POV
I groaned as I woke up in a white room laying in a bed with a pain stabbing the back of my head. Damn! That hurts! What the heck happened? I'll fuckin' beat the hell out of the guy who did this to me?
'Blaaag!' The door flew open as a woman came walking in with a bored look.
"What the fuck is wrong with you?! And what am I doing here?!" I asked Roxy who came in with taco occupying both her hands.
"Shut up! You better thank me for bringing your elephant-like weight of yours all the way here!" she said a bit pissed-off as she threw a taco to me. I can feel my stomach grumble as I saw food. She probably noticed it which made her smirk. Oh God! I know she's going to pay for what I did to her earlier.
"Hmmm," she moaned as she slowly chewed the taco savoring the delicious taste with a playful smirk plastered on her face.
"Damn! I'm sorry about earlier, okay," I admitted not looking her way.
"And?" she asked with a playful tone.
"Thank you for bringing me here," I said ashamed. What's happened is a totally wrong. It's completely opposite. A man should be bringing the girl to the clinic.
"Ahww. You looked like a tomato right now," she cooed, making a wider grin.
I glared at her, grabbing a pillow beside me trying to throw it to her face. But before I could react, she stepped forward to me quickly and hit my face with a pillow. That was fast.
"Where did you get that?!" I shouted at her as I hit her too.
"You're such a slowpoke!" she shouted back when someone talked at the corner. "Children, this is not a playground," the nurse said with annoyance interrupting us.
"What? Jealous?" Roxy asked the nurse raising her eyebrow.
"Oh come on, Roxy. That's so stupid! Let's go back to class," I told her standing up.
"Oh really? Well, let's see who's more stupid between us? Me asking a question like that or YOU wandering in the middle of the field whilst students are practicing soccer?" she talked back narrowing her eyes. Okay! I admit that's stupid of me, but I won't admit it to anyone.
"You're on your own," I said as I got out, not wanting to talk about it anymore
"Asshole!" she shouted and kicked my stomach.
"Fuck!" I cursed under my breath giving her a death glare, but she quickly ran away leaving me a taco. At least she left me some food. That woman is really out of her miind!
"Look out!" I heard someone yelled and a flying disc hit my head. It fell right into my taco making a mess.
That's it! This just made my eyes darken with closed fist, anger filling up my veins.
I slowly turned and approached the guy who hit my head and destroying my taco, which was my favorite, with a very dark aura emitting from my body.
