Handsome Boy

"Jennie, wake up. It's picture day." Jisoo jumped onto Jennie's pink, queen size, bed and backed hugged her, "it's 6:30am."

"Unnie... I really need my beauty sleep." Jennie moans as she takes off her sleeping mask to rub her tired eyes. She squints while looking back at Jisoo, "I couldn't sleep last night." Jennie turned her body towards her.

"Wae Kim Jennie." Jisoo said in an agyeo voice and pokes Jennie's nose.

Jennie turns toward the ceiling with a huge sigh. Thinking about how crazy her dream was last night. Just the thought of having one to love triggers her empty heart. Walking into 2019 single was like every damn year. No one to share a new year with. Typical. Lonely. Why not just go solo, nah that's boring. Don't we all want that affection.

"I literally dreamed about Chwe Vernon." Jennie puckered her lips together and took another breath to let out a sigh.

"How many times are you gonna sit here and envision something that can be real honey." Jisoo sat up and stared at her. "If you don't get up and look pretty today then Vernon won't notice you. You're a beauty. He won't miss."

"That's really easy for you to say Jisoo. You're taken," Jennie takes a glance at her. "By the only Choi Seungcheol. You have it easy. He crushed hard on you."

"And? Maybe luck will come to you and Vernon will sweep you off your feet princess." Jisoo got up and walked towards the chair at Jennie's pink desk. She grabbed the black towel from the chair that was drying from last night. She threw it at Jennie and she caught it. "Go wash up now."

"Fine. I'll be down in 20." Jennie took her towel and entered her bathroom.

Jisoo's phone rings and she pulls it out from her butt pocket. She looks at the screen to see who was calling her and of course it's her one and only Seungcheol. "Good morning babe." Her lips stretches across her face to form a perfect smile.

"Honey. Where are you at? I came to your house to pick you up, but your mom said you left to school. But I'm at school, where are you? Jennie and Rose isn't here yet either." Seungcheol was worried about his girlfriend's safety. Sometimes walking to school or walking home from school can be seriously dangerous to women.

"Ah, I'm at Jennie's. Apparently babe, she couldn't sleep last night, so we might run a little late."

"Is it about Vernon again? Cause seriously, Vernon has his eyes locked on--never mind. But anyways, I'll pick you ladies up. None of my boys are at school yet."

Jisoo tilts her head towards her right shoulder as her smile keeps getting bigger and bigger. "Alright, I'll see you in 20?".

"I'll be there in 20 babe."

"Alright, I love you." she twirls her strand of hair with her left index finger. She hangs up and started towards the stairs to cook eggs with bread for Jennie.

Jennie gets out of her bathroom and goes into her room to apply her makeup. She puts on her face moisturizer then beats her face with BB cream that she just bought a few days ago when she saw Vernon at the store with Wonwoo. Wonwoo is handsome and a gentleman, but his mind can run a bit slow, but boy he is one handsome man. She applies on her mascara and chapstick. She quickly ran to her bathroom to put waves in her flat, long, black hair. She walks back to her room and digs in her closet for her uniform, pats her skirt down and ran downstairs for breakfast.

"I made breakfast for you. Seungcheol is outside already. You have 3 minutes to eat." Jisoo dries her wet hand on napkins.

"Wow. 2019 just started and he's literally outside my house just for you. I can just walk. Late but rather than hear you couples sweet talk." Jennie takes a bite of her egg with bread.

Jisoo tucks her hair behind her ear, "You really want to walk in class late. Vernon would--"

"Okay okay okay, I'll take a ride." Jennie rolls her eyes as she shoves the last piece in her mouth.

Jennie closes the front door behind her. There parked Seungcheol outside in his 2018 BMW that his father bought him after he turned 18 in early 2018. As they walk down the driveway, Jennie sees this figure sitting in the back seat. His posture looks familiar and there on Jennie knew who was that boy.

"Jisoo, is that--" Jennie grabbed Jisoo by the wrist to turn her around.

"You're fine. Seungcheol swooped him up along the way here. He needed a ride because his car is still in the shop being fixed." Jisoo smiled and continued walking.

"Aishhh" Jennie eyebrows frowned as she shyly walks behind her.

Seungcheol gets out from his car as Wonwoo also gets out. Seungcheol opens the door for Jisoo. She thanks him with peck on the lips and got in the car. Jennie freaking out because wow, 2019 just started and Wonwoo opening the door for her.

"Good morning princess." Wonwoo spoke in his deep voice and smiled.

"Did he just called me princess? Oh I am totally dying right now. Princess? What? When? Where? Please tell me you're my prince of 2019." Jennie's thoughts ran wildly in her mind as she smiled at Wonwoo. She gets in and puts on her seat belt, for safety. The boys got in the car and Seungcheol starts on the road. He took a hold of Jisoo's hand as Jennie rolled her eyes. That was enough for her to see for 2019.

Jennie hesitates as she looks at Wonwoo. Wow he was so handsome, but was this too good to be real. Her heart beated so fast that she had to pop the window open for fresh air. Wonwoo turns to look at her as he smiles for her cute actions. Of course he knew. He wasn't blind, but he felt butterflies too. ;)
