The Sports Festival; The Flame of Heroism and The Light of Willpower

Last time on my Saiyajin Hero Academia, Class 1-A were preparing for the upcoming Sports Festival. But their Teacher told them they must pass the written exams before they enter the Festival. Some were unprepared, and others were prepared. Momo however, took some of her classmates for a study including Tevin who was also determined to learn how the heroics work. 3rd POV
"I know you've been through a lot, but your fight isn't over yet." Aizawa told them, confusing the students. "The U.A. Sports Festival is about to begin."

"YEAH! THE SPORTS FESTIVAL! LET'S GO KICK SOME ASS!" Kirishima yelled before Kaminari pushed his face away,

"Hold on!" He told him.

"Is it really a good idea to hold the Sports Festival so soon?" Jiro asked.

"Well, when you think about it, the security has gotta be overclocked after what happened. They won't let any villains get a second chance to try something like that." Tevin interrupted
Exactly." Aizawa said. "The Sports Festival is a huge opportunity for heroes-in-the-making. It's not something we can cancel because of a few villains. It's one of the most watched events in the entire world."

"This is where we aim to get scouted by top heroes!" Yaoyorozu stated, clenching her fist.

"That's right. You get one chance a year, three chances in a lifetime. So don't mess up. Class dismissed." Aizawa said before walking out of the room.

Tevin's POV
'He's right. If anyone makes a mistake, there are down for the count!' I thought as I was looking at the others. Izuku then looks at me with now a serious look in his eyes in which I knew what it meant.
'Time to train!' I smirked and then I saw Yaoyorozu she was nervous about the Festival and who can blame her. She wants to show the top heroes and win but I also want to win but also keep a promise to her.

"Momo, I wanna wish you good luck in the festival and I hope we go against each other, I will give everything I've got." Trying to liven up the mood between us.

"Likewise, Tevin-Kun~ I hope we do our best." Momo gives me a heartwarming smile on her face.  But deep down, I can feel her confidence lacking. She was having doubts about her abilities. I decided to train her along with Izuku.

"Momo, if you're having doubts about your abilities, I can help you with that. Why don't you meet me and Izuku at the Dagobah Municipal Beach? I can teach you some techniques from an old ancient martial arts style." I smiled and graciously extended my hand out to her.

"Thanks Tevin for the offer. But, I want to train in my own pace." She smiled and left for lunch in which I couldn't figure out why Momo is acting like she's happy to be with me.

'Well, no time to be jaw dropping. Better get lunch!' I walked into the cafeteria.

-cafeteria-
"So, What is this Sports Festival? I've heard of Martial Arts Tournaments but never a sports festival." I asked my friends Iida, Izuku, Asui, Ochako,Kirishima, and Momo.

"It's sort of like it but it's where all the other heroes are judging us." Iida spoke.

"Ah! I see. Well, let's all do our best.... huh? What's going on?" I said as we see a group of people crowding the bulletin boards.

"They're scouting out the competition, you idiots." Katsuki told them as he walked towards the crowd. "We're the class that survived a real villain attack. They want to see us with their own eyes. At least they get to see what a future Pro looks like. Now move it, extras!"

"Well, well, if it ain't the class 1-A!" Monoma said as the class of 1-B showed up. A girl with orange hair name Itsuka Kendō, a Young man with silver hair name TetsuTetsu, a girl with light green hair name Ibara.

"So, this is the famed Class 1-A. I think they're all strong." TetsuTetsu spoke up in which I got up and decided to meet them for the first time.

Kendō's POV
I see the young man with a scar on his face and long jet black hair tied up in a ponytail. 'Who. Is. He.?' I wondered as Izuku was right beside him. "Wait! Aren't you two are the ones who were attacked by villains at USJ?" I asked them.

"Yeah. That's us. You must be Class 1-B. My name is Tevin Midoriya! It's nice to meet you!" Tevin placed a hand out and I stuck my hand out too.

"We don't shake hands to losers like you, 1-A trash!" Monoma retorted in which I was annoyed by his demeanor. But Tevin's mood changed when approached to him.

"Trash, Huh? That's funny coming from a guy who can walk the walk. Let's see if you can talk the talk?" Tevin replied as I felt an undiscovered quirk within him or even if it was a quirk of his.

"Ooh, someone from Class 1-A has a backbone." Monoma said as he looked at the rest of Class 1-A. "You think that you're better than us huh?!" I chopped him on his neck and he fell unconscious.

"I'm sorry to have him bother you guys. He does this all the time. By the way, what is your quirk? I'm curious." I asked Tevin as he looks at me.

"My quirk? Oh! That! I wish I could tell you but... it is something that it's way too powerful to fathom." Tevin said as he looked at the unconscious Neito Monoma. "By the way, was that your quirk you used to knock mouthy boy?"

"Yeah! My quirk is called big hand. It's not much but it does keep Monoma in check." I replied with a smile. "You're entering the Sports Festival?"

"Yep. I don't intend to win but I intend to push myself and the limits of others to become stronger heroes!" Tevin said as the others hear what he said.

Uraraka's POV
'I want to be a hero so I can get the money and help my parents.' I thought as she didn't want to burden Izuku's and Tevin's goals. But when Tevin approach to me, he knew what I was thinking.

"I think you're doing the right thing for yourself and for your parents." Tevin pats me on my head. It made me smile and he acted like my older brother.

"Thanks, Tevin. What about you? Why do you want to be a hero?" I asked him as Momo, Iida, Tsuyu, Tooru, Jirou, and Izuku stopped eating.

"My goal is to protect those I care about and get stronger. It's always been my goal." Tevin spoke as Momo got teary eyed at Tevin's promised words.

3rd POV
Everyone began training physical and mental for the upcoming Sports Festival. Tevin and Izuku increasingly changed as they were finished training resulting Izuku to grow a tad bit taller and Tevin as well. It was time to get ready for the festival. The two would wear their gym clothes due to Mr. Aizawa told everybody not to wear their hero costumes.

A/N: I'm giving Izuku the height of Son Goku and giving myself the height of Son Gohan . And yes the Tevin x Momo relationship will be sorta like Gohan and Videl but with more romance and comedy.

Bakugou's POV
'How did those nerds gain so much strength in a short amount of time?! It's not right! They think they're better than me! LIKE HELL THEY ARE! I SHOULD BE NUMBER ONE.... NOT THOSE DEKUS!!!' I thought as they entered and greeted by the other extras.

Izuku's POV
I saw Shinsou and he declared war on us including Tevin. "W-we won't let you!" I said to him in which he smirked as Tevin and I watched him leave. Momo and Uraraka showed up and saw us staring at Shinsou walking away from us.

*Did you sense it, Tevin? That dark quirk? It felt like it could brainwash us both out of the competition.* I telepathically spoke to Tevin.

*I know. Ojiro warned us about him and his quirk. So whatever we do, we don't utter a single word to throw us off balance!* Tevin response.

Our Flames Of Heroism and Light Of Willpower burns within us and we were determined to strive for the future.
