She takes me across a winding trail, it looks like it has been traveled many times before. I breath in the air, it smells crisp, I guess leaf-fall is approaching soon. I have so many questions I want to ask, are you a rouge? Where are we going? Are we there yet? Where are we? And why does this path smell like stone?

Apparently I was saying that out loud because Coldthorn replies "Hold your questions, jeez! No I am not a rouge, but I am not a clan cat either."

Ok I am stumped, I open my mouth but she cuts me off "We are going to my home, and we are not there yet! We just started mouse brain! We are in a forst, duh. And the cats that use the path smell like stone. Does that help?" She is so much different than she was in the clan, she's talking with emotion. What does she mean she in not rouge or clan cat?

"Are you in a tribe?!?" I ask. She ignores me and keeps walking, I take that as a yes. I stop in my tracks, whoa! I did not see that coming! "Wait... What? A tribe! Is that where we're going!" Nothing makes sense!

She turns around, her blue green eyes so vibrant against her dull gray fur. "I will answer your questions when we get there, now we have to move." And with that she sprits off at an astonishing pace, I am pretty fast myself but, wow, she is fast. I sprit to catch up, dust and pebbles fling up hitting my pelt, but I don't stop. We run on a gentle inclines, gravity doing a lot of the work. It is so nice, the wind in my fur and all, not the dirt hitting my face. Then Coldthorn's gone.
