Warning: Blood and gore.
I was at the hill again. And the same raspy voice spoke again.
"Come my child. Join us. Join the right side."
I turned, and an army of giants and titans were there leaded by Kronos. But there was something familiar about him. He reminded me of Luke. But that could never be the case. Luke is too sweet.
"No." I replied.
"Then all your loved ones will die."
I turned again. Bodies everywhere, blood seeping out of them.
Percy, Annabeth, Luke, Chiron, Katie, Will, Travis, Connor, Beckendorf, Andi, Jason, Carter, Sadie, Magnus, Anubis. There were some people I didn't know as well. A girl with spiky black hair and a "Death to Barbie" shirt, a pale dude with dark brown hair and an aviator jacket. A girl with uneven brown choppy hair with a feather, a Chinese boy, and black girl with red hair, a girl, or boy? with green hair, and a boy with an abnormally large belt.
All dead.
"No! Don't!"
"This is all your fault. They will all die. All because of you."
I cried. I cried until I couldn't.
Then the world started shaking. I kept hearing my name being called. Thinking it was the voice I clawed and tried to create rocks. Then I left the dream realm.
I woke to a blinding light. I looked around and my sights settled on the tan blonde in front of me. He had a crazed look on his face. I cringed and looked around boulders littered the infirmary.
I gasped, "I am so sorry Will." I broke down crying.
"Hey its alright. Shh. Its alright. Nothing can get to you. I just need to stitch you up okay?"
I nodded. Will had always been like a big brother to me. Heck, he practically raised me. Annabeth never really tried to take care of me and was too focused on her studies, and Luke was too focused on making his dad proud. Grover tried, but his Satyr duties called him away a lot. So, Will, Beckendorf, and the Stoll twins, other than Percy, were the only true family I had in this world.
I cringed in pain when the needle would pierce my skin. I looked outside, it was dark out. How long have I been out?
As if reading my mind, Will said, "You scared us Ace. You've been out for hours. You barely had a pulse by the time we got you here. Then you started screaming, and shaking, then you summoned these rocks, and, and, I don't know what I would do If I lost you tiger."
Tiger, I hadn't heard that name in years. When I got here Will tended to my wounds. He asked my name, but I just growled at him, he just laughed and said, "Easy there Tiger." It made me laugh, so he called me it. That was until we played poker with the Stolls and I got all the aces. Then, they called me Ace. But Will only used Tiger when he was scared or if I was critically injured.
"Sorry I scared you."
"No, no, its fine. Its just.....I've raised you, you know? I just-I just don't think its fair the gods and fates let parents bury their own children you know? And your like my daughter and my little sister. I couldn't bear it if I lost you."
I smiled weakly. "I'm too stubborn to die Will."
He laughed, "Ain't that the truth."
Then the door bursted open. The Stolls had arrived.
"Ace! you're alright!"
"We've just heard"
"why didn't you tell us?"
