I wake up to the sound of birds whistling on a tree, a bright blue sunny day. I look at my phone and there's not a single text message or call from Ricky. I change his contact number to 'Ricky👎🏻' and i scroll through my Instagram. On his Insta story, he addresses that we have broken up so i do too.
I walk downstairs and make myself a fruit salad with all of my favourite fruits in it. I sit on the couch and eat my breakfast whilst watching the new episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, i snuggle up into my blanket and i get a phone call from Mac.
Incoming phone call from Mac👌🏼
"Hey Ariana."
"Hey Mac!"
"Do you wanna do anything today?"
"I'm not planning on doing anything today, sure!"
"Can i take you to the cinema at 7?"
"Yeah, of course!"
"Cya soon then."
"Bye bye Mac."
*ends call*
I get so excited, i bolt upstairs and decide to do something productive today. I take a cold morning shower, like i usually do, i make sure to wash my hair so it's nice and fresh for the cinema with Mac. I dry off and brush my teeth, i giggle at Ricky's toothbrush still stood in the pot. "I guess he isn't too bothered about his teeth." I say to myself.
I apply a little bit of makeup, since i want to look 'all natural.' I style my hair in a bun and i wear an oversized jumper with some knee high boots.
I decide to hop into my car and drive to Starbucks to wake me up a little bit more. I drive my car through the drive through and i order my morning coffee. "I'll take that in a grande please, thank you." I giggle whilst saying the word 'grande.' I pay for my coffee and i drive back home.
I park my car in the driveway and finish drinking my coffee before i walk into my house. Whilst I'm drinking my coffee, i get a call from Mac so i immediately answer it.
Incoming call from Mac👌🏼
"Hey Ariana."
"Hi! Do you need to tell me anything?"
"I'm not doing anything all day so do you want to come over?"
"Yeah, that'll be great. What time should i come?"
"Whenever."
"I'll come in an hour okay?"
"Yeah, that's great."
"Bye bye Mac."
"Cya later."
*ends call*
Yet again, I'm really excited to go to Mac's house, it's like I'm obsessed with him almost. We can hang out at his house and then go to the cinema, it'll be great.
For the remaining hour, i watch whatever's on the TV, however, i get bored so i decide to drive to Mac's house.
I get in my car and drive to the address that Mac sent me. It is a few minutes away from me, which is good, about a half an hour drive.
I ring the bell and Mac comes to the door. "Hey Ariana, come in." Mac says. I walk into the stunning mansion and take my coat off. "I'll take that for you." Mac grabs my coat and puts it on the rack. Mac sits next to me on the couch. "Your house is amazing!" I say to him. "Thanks, people normally hate this house because of its colour scheme." Mac giggles. "I like the white and the grey." I smile. "So do i." Mac looks into my eyes. For a few seconds, i can't think, i get hypnotised by his green eyes. Am i in love? "Sorry." Mac breaks the silence. "No it's okay." I smile.
Mac lays his hand on my thigh and switches on the TV. For the rest of the day, we eat biscuits and watch TV, it is super relaxing and i love that.
I fall asleep in Mac's arms, i couldn't help myself. He holds me tight, we're in the same position for hours, he doesn't complain.
"Ari." Mac shakes me to wake me up. "How long have i been asleep for?" I giggle. "4 hours almost." Mac looks at his clock. "It's time to go to the cinema." He smiles. "I almost forgot." I smile.
We hop into his car and we drive to the cinema, again, he lays his hand on my thigh. He parks in the parking lot and he holds my hand then i can jump out of the Range Rover. "What are we watching?" I ask him. "Your choice." He smiles.
We end up watching Guardians of The Galaxy, i let him pick. I'm actually really into it, i never thought i would be!
We sit in the cinema, i fall asleep again. When the movie is done, Mac wakes me up. "You haven't had much sleep have you?" Mac rubs my head. "I've had like 5 hours last night or something." I giggle, Mac smiles.
He carry's me into his car and we drive back to his house. "What do you wanna eat?" Mac asks. "Im not really hungry." I say. "Neither am i, i was hoping for that answer." Mac giggles. We watch each other's old music videos and we make fun of them. "Do not put on Put Your Hearts Up!" I chuckle. "Well, you requested it." Mac turns it on. I hide my face with a pillow and start to cringe. "You look cute in it." He giggles. "I look like Cat freakin Valentine." I giggle.
Minutes turn to hours and i fall asleep in Mac's arms, for the 3rd time! He carry's me upstairs to the bedroom and he takes a shower. I wake up on the bed, clueless to where i am. Then i remember, I'm at Mac's house.
When Mac finishes his shower, he tells me that i can wear his shirt to bed, so i do. His shirt smells more cleaner than Ricky's, Mac has a good scent.
I put the covers over my tiny body, completely forgetting that this is Mac's bed. "I'll sleep on the couch if you want." He requests. "No. You can sleep in your bed." I smile. "You sure?" He asks. "Sure." I smile.
He hops into bed with me. I can't help it! I wrap my arms around him and fall asleep on his chest. "Goodnight beautiful." He kisses me on the head. "Goodnight sunshine." I smile. We have our own nicknames for each other already? I think we're falling in love with each other!
