When I First Met You ((Kiribaku story))

chapter 12: the amusement park

We had arrived at the park just as the sun was setting because  both Denki and Bakugo (surprisingly) couldn't figure out what to wear. "Does this make me look strong?" He'd pound me with questions like those, until he finally settled with a black sleeveless shirt and shorts. While Denki on the other hand had literally all his clothes strung out on his floor and was in tears. I came up to him and asked hin what's wrong, he said how he can figure out to wear.

I sighed and picked up some skinny, black, ripped jeans and a white shirt with black trim on the sleeves and hem of his shirt.

And here we are now, finally at the gates of the lit up amusement park. I went up to the counter and peered in, no one was there. "Hello?" I asked, and was greeted with, "yeah yeah I'm coming."  I heard rustling around and then the air in front of me stilled. I looked back at denki and he just shrugged. "My quirk is invisibility," the voice said a bit angrily, "now do you want a ticket or not?"
"Ah, yes!" I said cheerfully, "three tickets please."

"Coming right up" the voice grumbled and then three wrist bands appeared on the counter. I thanked him and took them, giving them to denki and Bakugo.

We got our bands on and walked through the gates, eyes ready wide in wonder from the lit up rides and carnival games. Denki tugged us to the carnival games and showed the guys his wrist band, and they gave him three soft balls. He smirked at us and said cockily, "watch this," he swung his arm under his leg while lifting it and knocked down all three mill bottles. The guy working the counter chuckled and said, "impressive," and took the rest of the balls back and handed denki a yellow pikachu backpack. Denki took it and looked up at the guy, "is this a joke?" He said as he ran his fingers thro his hair, obviously showing off his black lightning bolt like birthmark.

The guy behind the counter chuckled nervously, "sorry man it's just what we give out for all three out first try." Denki broke his serious act and gave a huge shit eating grin. "Nah man it's fine. Thanks dude." He strung it across his back and walked away, I watched the pikachu bounce away with him. My attention was drawn back to what was happening when I heard aggressive yelling, I turned my head and jumped when I saw Bakugo aggressively chucking balls at the milk bottles, trying  to win at the same game Denki had just won flawlessly.

I chuckled and put my hand on his shoulder, common man let's go find a different game to play. We wandered through the carnival section, winning stupid little toys here and there. We saw denki a couple times but never long enough to go say hi, the crowd would swallow him before we could catch up to him.

Bakugo and I walked hand in hand to the last carnival game that we hadn't played. Bakugo took a shot at it and while he played I let my eyes and nose wander. I could smell roasted almonds, funnel cake, and cotton candy. The smells made me smile. All the rides were beautifully lit up, especially the ferris wheel. I'm going to have to convince Bakugo to go on the ferris wheel with me later on tonight. My thoughts were interrupted when a golden haired and eyes bou was shaking me. I blinked and looked at denki. "What's up," I said after I registered who he was.

He snorted and said, "bakugo is still trying to win you something and I was wondering if you would want to go on some rides with me." I nodded and looked over at Bakugo, he let out a "tch" and said, "go with him. I'll text you when I'm ready then we can go on some rides ourselves"

I nodded and smiled, tackling him ik n a bear hug, causing him to drop whatever he was holding. "You idiot! Now I have to start all over!"  He sighed And turned, kissing me. I wrapped my arms around his neck and whispered in my ear, "I love you shitty hair." I could feel a shit eating grin come over my face and I replied with, "I love you too blasty" he scowled at me and said, "dont call me that." Even though I could tell he was trying so hard not to smile, but was also failing miserably. "Go have fun." He said as he untangled himself from me and when I started to walk away he spanked me and I looked back, blush creeping over my face and my mouth open a little, he just responded with a wink.

"Common kirishima!" Denki said as he pulled me to the rides.

Woo another chapter. I'm so sorry about how I'm updating fairly late, I've lost a lot of motivation for the story as I am kinda obsessed with Sally Face at the moment. But I will get the story don't worry. I hope you enjoyed the chapter!
