NARRATOR POV (it will switch during story)

"Well I'm here and your gone! I'll see you on the other side!!!!!" Spencer bolted out with a off pitch yell singing combo. She had a tendency to sing in public when music she loved played on her phone, she often got looks but didn't care, she was having a jam session. She is on her way to Walmart, because of the part time job she has to pay the bills and to support her dream. Her dream is to be a makeup artist, but that's a hard business to start out in, slowly but surely she's getting there. But for now Walmart will do.
The cold breeze flew through her warm toned hair, she loved walking to work, it brought her a sense of peace, as well as work was on a few blocks from her apartment so it wasn't a big deal.
"Hello hell." She grunted as she arrives to the large building that held many annoying shoppers. She walked in making a b line for the staff room to put on her uniform and to put her personal items in her locker. "Hey spency!" Her manager Arcadia said. The bonus for spencer was she was friends with her manager so she always got the best jobs. "Hey Ari, is there anything to be stalked??" She said with a small smile. "No not right now but there's a complaint on isle 16, someone's building a fort or some shit would you please go check it out??" *sigh* "yeah I guess." Spencer said with a small smile. She does what she has too and try's not to complain because she knows that life isn't that bad and she can't complain about the small things. It's like they say, it builds character:/. "Thanks Spence." Ari said with a small smile. Spencer let a small smile frame her lips and walked to the isle.

The people were right there was a giant fort thing blocking both entrances. "It pays the bills, it pays the bills" she bummed to herself "Hey who ever is in there can you please not." Spencer said slightly irritated. She honestly didn't care that they were building a fort, it was mostly the fact that's she has to clean up after words. There was no response, and She sighed and went to the next isle checking to see if there was anyone in there. Since the shelves have holes she could crouch down and see. There were legs in the corner so she decided to go in, since she was small enough to fit so she went to scare the crap out of what she thought were teenagers. "BOO!" She yelled as she stood up
In the fort. The two boys screamed and knocked down a wall of there fort. Spencer smirked and crossed her arms. The boys weren't in there teens they were slightly older. Maybe early 20s. One had bright purple hair and the other had brown curly hair. "Damn girl you scared the living shit out of us!" The purple hair boy sassed. "Good now clean this up, because I'm not re staking this shit." She said smugly. The purple haired boy looked at her name tag and smirked. "Spencer is it? Well isn't it your job to stalk up the shelves?" She roles her eyes, and sassed back. "Yes it is, but I already did it once, and I didn't sign a contract saying that I'd have to clean up after man children, with purple emo hair. Now clean thing up because I don't get paid enough for this shit, got it ?!" She snapped. Spencer was usually clam and collected but once someone sassed her, and been rude there's no holding back. The brown hair boy snickered at his friend, and Spencer just smirked and walked away. "The shit I have to put up with." She grumbled.

"So what happened?" Arcadia asked, as Spence retired to get her next task. "Well it's was two man children building a fort with paper towel. Nothing new to be completely honest with you. Except the one sassed me when I told him to put the paper towel back so I put him in in place." She grumbled. "Don't let annoying customers get to you it's not work it." Arcadia smiled. Spencer rolled her eyes and nodded. Arcadia was quite intelligent, which was confusing because she had a job at Walmart. "Well you can work at the register if you'd like." Arcadia smiled. She knew Spencer liked the tills because it was fun seeing what people were buying. "Thanks." Spencer smiled, as Arcadia nodded and pointed to till 10.

"Hi, how are you today?" Spencer said not looking at the person, and scanned each item. "Good, I love Walmart." Spencer looked up to see a smug look on the purple haired emos face. "That's great, is this all for today." Spencer's said putting on a fake sweet voice. "No, can I get your number?" The boy asked. "Ha funny one." "Cash, credit, or debit?" " your number and on debit." He said with a smirk. "Spencer rolled her eyes. He was getting to her. She liked his cockiness, and his smug personality. "Fine." She wrote down her number on the back of his receipt, and handed it to him. "Have a nice day." She said with a small smile. He nodded and left the store. As he left she wondered where is friend went though. But that didn't concern her so she ignored it and continued her job.

AWSTENS POV

"What took so long?" Otto asked as I hoped into the van. "The line was long, and I got that girls number." I muttered rolling my eyes at Otto. He can get on my nerves sometimes. "Oh damn. I thought she was going to snap you in half." "Oh shut up." He pit his hands up in defence. I liked that girl, she was independent and sassy. Definitely confident and not a push over.
