since it's jonesy's birthday today, the first chapter will be dedicated to him!
as everyone already knows, john paul jones is (mainly) the bass and keyboard player of led zeppelin.
he's always been overshadowed by the other members of the band, no one really pays that much attention to him even though he composed a lot of great tunes. he is a multi-instrumentalist, he played the mandolin on some zeppelin tracks, there really were no boundaries when it came to jonesy and instruments.he even played the organ! is he apollo or something?
look at him go with that 4-stringed banjo!
~ (he also has a really cute family) ~♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡
squirrel.
♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡
he looks 50 even though he is in his darn 70s.

anyway, i really appreciate jonesy, his music is truly amazing and it has helped me realise a lot of things which are quite atypical but important. i'm wishing him a genuinely happy birthday, i want him to stay as funny and bad-ass as he already is. i'll always root for you jones! hope you never die you loveable, endearing, capricorn beast.
there are quite peculiar photographs of led zeppelin and this slender dog.
but i'll talk about that somewhere in the future.
