Chapter 9 ~ Nora's Powers

Nashi's POV

Angelica just left and I put Nora to bed. I went and took a shower, when I was done I just got in bed cause I was really tired. I heard Storm walk in and I sat up. "Hey Honey" I say.

"Hey Hon, I think we should talk." Storm said as he sat on the bed.

"Okay, what do you want to talk about?" I ask

"I think we should go back soon." He said.

"I don't know. I mean I don't think Nora is ready to say goodbye to everyone."

"We can always come back to visit"

"Yeah but I don't think we should go back yet still."

"Didn't you hear what Gramps said? They all miss us! And plus we are missing a lot of what is happening at the guild!"

"I know but but-"

"But what?!" Storm yelled and I flinched, it had been awhile since I had seen him mad. 

"You don't have to know the reason!!!"

"Well yeah I kind of do!!!!! It's not like we are just talking about you dyeing your hair!!!!!!! WE ARE TALKING ABOUT MOVING!!!!!!!"

"WELL MAYBE I DON'T WANT TO TELL YOU THE REASON I AM NOT READY TO LEAVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"WELL NOW YOU SOUND KIND OF SUSPICIOUS! FOR ALL I KNOW YOU COULD BE CHEATING ON ME!!!!!!!! BUT I WOULDN'T KNOW WOULD I!!!!!!!!!"

Nora's POV

Mom put me to bed after my best friend, Angelica, left. I just laid there, because I had a feeling that something bad was going to happen. Soon I heard yelling from my parents room, I jumped of my bed and quietly walked over to Mom and Dad's room. The door was cracked open and I could see in, Dad was standing by the bed yelling at mom, and Mom was on the bed yelling back. I decided it was time to use my powers. I took a deep breathe and started to sing....

After the song I saw that Mom was crying and telling Dad why she doesn't want to go back to Magnolia.

Strom's POV

Me and Nashi were yelling at each other and I heard singing, I knew it was Nora. As she was singing I started to calm down and Nashi seemed to calm down. When the song was over I saw that Nashi was crying. I ran over to her and hugged her, "oh Nashi I am so so sorry, I shouldn't have yelled at you"

"No no you were right I should have told you the reason. The reason I don't want to go home yet is...... right before we left .......... I .....I had a fight with Igneel right before we left and I regret some of the things I said. I am a little afraid to see him again." Nashi said.

"Nashi it is okay, we can wait a little while before we go back if you would like." I told her.

"I would like that" Nashi said smiling. Then Nora came running in. She jumped onto the bed and hugged us both as me and Nashi said, "thank you."

"You're welcome mommy and daddy" Nora said and we all went to sleep.

Hey guys sorry I haven't updated in a long time. I haven't really had that much inspiration in a while and it is hard to write with school and homework. I am also trying really hard to not have just an A/N as an update. I am sorry to keep you guys waiting for the next chapter and sorry it is so short. 

Swirl: Hey Pep I am pretty sure everyone knows how tiring Middle School is.

Me: Yeah but I am pretty sure High School and College are worse.

Natsu: probably 

Me: well I hope you liked the story and I will try to update as soon as I can.
