❝you look happy today.❞ one of the workers said as he spotted lucas smiling like crazy.

❝just,❞ and jungwoo's face was the first thing that popped out inside of the male's head, that widened his smile. ❝woke up on the right side of the bed.❞

the two laughed, both knowing what that smile meant. either things has been going to a right path or lucas is in love.

both actually. things are going well between the two, him and jungwoo. they are back to being friend, which lucas isn't complaining, and they forgave each other about what happened on new years night. not just that, his feelings for jungwoo is growing and he was loving it. it wasn't like the first where he hated that he is falling deeper, now he loved that he is falling even deeper. he didn't know if it was normal in falling in love, but what he knows is that he will now try his best to give his love and affection to jungwoo.

it won't be like before. he had now grew the guts to be as not only jungwoo's bestfriend but as someone who loves him more than a bestfriend.

❝mr. wong?❞ a female went inside the office, calling for lucas. ❝your father is looking for you.❞

knowing what's up, lucas stood up. he knew being called by his father is something he should be scared about, but jungwoo was on his mind and felt like smiling.

which he did. he smiled on his whole walk toward's his father office. the office workers he passed by were having shocked looks because it's the first time in a long time they've seen lucas smiling. and he's been called by the ceo, who smiles in that? if it were them, they'd be shaking in nervousness on they way to the head's office.

❝dad?❞

the man looked up from the papers to give lucas a glance and then went back to focusing on his attention to the papers on his desk. ❝sit down.❞

lucas happily made his way to the chair in front of his father's desk, ❝so, why did you call me?❞

placing the papers down, the father decided to focus in this conversation with his son. ❝you're going to be the ceo soon.❞

❝i know that.❞

the father was happy. he had seen lucas working hard lately, which he purposely gave him a lot of work to be prepared, and yet he still managed to smile despite of being busy.

❝why?❞ lucas furrowed his brows, smile turned to a pout.

❝i want you to answer me honestly,❞ the man looked straight into lucas' eyes, ❝have you found someone yet?❞

this isn't the first he had heard his father question him this. before even going out on that mini getaway he was having with large group of friends, his father has already reminded him of finding someone. well, he had already found one. even way before he started working in this company. now that he found one, can't he just tell it directly to his father? no, he can't.
