Lily's P.O.V
Lily walks into town, being quiet as Scarlett is camouflaged quite a bit away, making sure that nobody touches her precious hatchling as she walks into town. Lily sneaks around, before noticing the Night Fury and the Dragon Master by the forge, the man with his helmet off, revealing auburn hair and green eyes. He's talking to a massive red haired bearded man, most likely the village chief and a blue eyed and blonde haired maiden, perhaps his wife.
As she's watching him, his dragon approaches another, a blue and gold deadly Nadder who immediately starts talking to him, however Lily's focus is not on them, but on the dragon Master.
"You should've seen the Alpha Dramillion! It was bigger then the one on the island! She was a beautiful red colour with green eyes. I've never seen one that colour! If only I could've watched her for a bit longer, however it was getting dark and I needed to get back home."
"How big was this dragon, son?" The man asks as the younger man nods.
"Sae ye didn't find any other dragons oot thare other from thae twa? Sounds like the work from a dragon hunter tae me. A haed ma doubts but gin the other dragon wis missin from the trio thare must be a dragon hunter somewhere near thaim, trackin thaim." The moustached man is back, and he smiles at the two. "A haed ma doubts, Stoick, but ye an Hiccup have tae keep an ee oot for this dragon hunter. We have na idea whit she is capable o."
So, the Chief's name is Stoick. Is the Dragon Master's name Hiccup? The runt Of the litter? That sounds horrible!
"Aye. I agree, Gobber. We need to keep an eye out for the Dragon Hunter. That means no more flying out of Berk waters, Hiccup."
"But what if she's not a Dragon Hunter?" Hiccup says as he looks at the two men. "You said yourself she didn't look like one!"
"Son, the two key points to determining if someone is a dragon hunter is their clothes. She was wearing a Dragon Scale cloak, meaning she could've only gotten it by... you know. And second, a dragon disappeared. What else do you want as proof son? Now we need to talk about you becoming Chief..."
"We are not having that talk while there is a potential ally out there, dad!"
So, the Dragon Master is the heir. She must tell Ruddy that. It would be funny to rub it in his scaly face.
Lily looks towards where she knows Scarlett is hiding. She can't see her, like always and only a dragon with a strong sense of smell can detect a Dramillion while they are hiding. A Rumblehorn could, if they wanted to, however it was more likely they wouldn't as Scarlett could disguise her scent very efficiently.
Lily freezes as the Deadly Nadder sniffs the air, as she stands still, making sure not to breathe loudly. Deadly Nadders have amazing tracker abilities, not as good at Rumblehorn's but pretty good. They probably couldn't detect Scarlett, but they could almost definitely detect Lily.
Lily breathes a sigh of relief when the Nadder goes back to playing, before her attention is turned to where Hiccup, Stoick and Gobber are, her eye narrowing as they continue to talk before the blonde haired maiden speaks. "Hiccup, we all know the only reason you want to find her is to find that new dragon."
Hiccup smiles at her, before his eyes turn towards his father. "I need to do this, Dad."
Lily watches them as they speak and she looks away, towards where the Nadder is sniffing the air, as the maiden looks at her. "Stormfly, what is it?"
'Stormfly' squawks and sniffs the air, squawking as the Night Fury looks at him.
"What is it, Stormfly?" He asks her, as she looks around.
"Someone's here. I can't figure out who however." She says, looking at him as the blonde haired maiden speaks.
"What is it Stormfly?"
Stormfly looks at her. "Someone's here." She says, however she does it in a way Lily has seen dragons who can not communicate with their riders do.
Lily moves, allowing herself to leave. She's heard enough. She knows that the Dragon Master is not a threat and could be a potential ally.
She turns to leave, however she is tackled to the ground by Stormfly, staring up as the dragon growls, spiking her tail.
She sees Hiccup, Stoick, Gobber and the maiden running towards them as she growls. "Uncamouflage me, Scarlett."
