Melody's POV:
"Hey Cal, where are you going out so late?" I question my boyfriend of three years.
"Just gotta run to the store real quick, pick up a few things, I'll be back in a few." he leans over and gives me a peck on the cheek. He begins to pull away before I grab onto his collar and yank him down towards me, connecting our lips.
He reluctantly kisses me back, quikly our kissing turns into a make out session. Calu'm hands pressing into my hips. I lace my fingers through his short dark hair and pull him closer.
"Hurry back." I playfully whisper.
"Oh, I will." he smirks before leaving the flat.
Okay, I probably had about fifteen to twenty minutes before he came home, maybe I'll tease him, just a little bit. I run into our bedroom and quickly change into some lacy undergarments, I light a few candles and then lay down casually on the couch, like nothing changed.
Fifteen minutes turns into twenty, twenty turns to thirty.
Thirty turns into an hour.
I have probably called him around 7 times and text him 40. I sigh and go back into our room, blowing out the candles and changing into sweats. I quickly dial Luke's number, hoping he will be able to get ahold of him.
"Hello?" he groggily asks.
"Oh, sorry Luke did I wake you?"
"Oh no, it's only 2 in the morning..." he sarcastically replies.
"Sorry, but um, do you know where Calum is? Like, have you heard from him?"
"Um, I've been sleeping so no..."
"Can you please call him? He won't answer his phone." I ask him.
"Did you guys get in a fight?" he asks concered.
"No, he just went to the store, but he isn't back yet, it's been more than an hour...I'm getting worried."
He sighs on the other end."Yeah, I'll call him."
"Thanks Luke."
"Sure." he hangs up and I wait nervously.
After a few minutes of waiting I hear my phone start ringing. I shakily answer it.
"Hello?"
"Well he didn't answer, I called like 5 times...Melody, I would just wait, there's nothing else you really can do right now. Just like, go to sleep, I'm sure he'll be there when you wake up and he'll have an explanation."
"Yeah, yeah, you're right Luke. Thanks for trying, and sorry I woke you."
"It's fine, goodnight Melody."
"Night."
