When your heart starts
Breaking
Shattering
Crumbling
Piece

Piece
It falls
With no one there to catch it
It begins to feel as though you are
Sinking
Under the sea
Faster than you can tread the sea of emotion
Wave after wave
after wave
Beats you down
And down
And down some more
You wish for help
But it doesn't come
There is no life boat
Not for me.
