When I wake up its around 6:00. My flight is supposed to end at 6:45. So I take some time to browse my phone. After finishing up on the news I have a snack from the trolly cart. I can overhear a conversation of a little girl and her dad. "Dad when will we see Uncle Rob?"
"Soon baby soon."  I smile. When the plane lands I grab my luggage and head over to see my aunt with her boyfriend rick. "Hey sugarbun!" She says with a wild smile on her face. I smile weakly and head over to where there sitting.
"How was your flight?" Rick askes nervously. He starts to fidget with his keys while he waits for my reply.
"It was fine, I'm just ready to go back to sleep." I was lying I really just didnt want to be around them. I wanted to be in my room. Alone.

By the time we get to the house its dark and I'm sick of there questions. I just want to be left alone with my thoughts. The lights from the barn and the house glow in the night, reminding me of a pair of glowing eyes ive seen before. I look around catching glimse's of memories ive shared here over the years. Thats when the painful ones set in. I can remember the battle of Chicago clear as day. Me and my sister were playing outside. I was 12 and she was 15. We were walking around looking for stuff to do and picking flowers and things like that. Just a normal day. My dad asks if we want to go to the store with him. Going to the store since we always have lived so far out of town was a huge deal for us. It was like getting a present. Well, dad would usually get soft and let us get something when we went in town. We all were enjoying our day. Then I went out side to put the bags in the car while my sister and dad were picking out my birthday present. Thats when it hit. A missle right in the store. I was blown back from it hitting the ground. I remember hearing screams while my ears were ringing. I remember see movement in the stores thick windows. Then I saw them, banging on the windows. My sister and my father. Burning to death. I ran up to the glass trying to break it, but it was to thick to shatter.
Everything after that was a blur.

"Anna..? Are you alright...?"
"Wha- yea I'm fine"
"Alright.. I'm here if you need me." My aunt gives me a sympathetic smile and helps me walk into the house. You can tell by how old the house is by how the floor creaks under your weight. I head up stairs and start to hang up my shirts and put my jeans in my closet. When I'm done putting everything where it belongs I go to the bathroom and brush my teeth and get ready for bed. Once I get my shorts and a baggy shirt on I hop in bed. It takes some time for me to fall asleep tonight. Thoughts linger in my head what will happen tomorrow or even next week. Let alone the next five months. That's when I fall asleep to the soft drumming of the rain on the roof.

Everthing is black. Except two blue orbes stareing at me. I walk closer. No. I dont walk I float.
And thats when I realize that I see two blue optics stareing at me intensely.
