As Izuku stretched his out all seven of his predecessors held auras in their hands and place them onto Izuku's hand. The moment Izuku made contact with each aura all techniques and experience were transferred into his head.

It was the morning after and Izuku woke up it was 6:00am as he turned to his side he saw his girlfriend Momo who was sleeping peacefully. Izuku got out of bed carefully so he wouldn't wake up Momo after leaving the bed without waking Momo he stretched then remembered the dream about meeting the predecessors he decided to call AllMight.
*Ring*ring*ring*
AllMight: Toshinori speaking.
Izuku: AllMight it's Izuku I have a question to ask you
AllMight: what time is it young Midoriya?
Izuku: it's 6:00am
AllMight: okay whats your question young Midoriya?
Izuku: In all your time of being the holder of One For All have you ever been contacted by the previous holders
As some silence filled the call between Izuku and AllMight Izuku was anxious to figure out AllMight answer.
AllMight: No nothing like that has ever happened to me that's weird! Please tell me what they said.
Izuku: Okay so I spoke to the first the man who first obtained One For All he said that the foundation of the hero world will change
AllMight: did he say what that means specifically?
Izuku: no but they all passed some sort of aura and said when I wake up I'll have full control of this quirk. Could we meet up at Dagobah Beach and see if this is true?
AllMight: sure on my way.
(Time skip to meet up)
Izuku: AllMight sorry to disturb you on your day off
AllMight: it's fine now if you truly have control over my quirk let it flow through your body.
As Izuku let the power flow through his body he was able to throw smashes at 100% with no drawback. After three hours of training with One For All Izuku didn't feel exhausted he felt like he could take on the world until he got a call.
*Ring*ring*ring*
Izuku: Sorry AllMight I gotta take this.
AllMight: it's fine go ahead.
Ring *ring* ring*
Izuku: Hey beautiful good morning
Momo: Where are you!?
Izuku: Sorry I had to handle something at the doctors.
Momo: are you Okay!?
Izuku: Stop shouting, yeah I'm okay I was feeling pretty exhausted last night so I told the doctor and he said it was muscle fatigue.
