The school day ended quickly after the exhibition fight with the Big 3 many only had a one week time span to choose who to pick for the work study program.
Little did Izuku know he'd be recommended to an agency by one of the Big 3. Nightfall came everyone was nervous for the work study program. Izuku still laid awake he couldnt sleep when he finally did he only got a few hours of sleep before the next school day.
(In class)
Class was about to begin the bell had rung when Aizawa walked in behind him came Mirio Togata. Many were confused as to why one of the members from the Big 3 had come back to their classroom.
Aizawa: Before we begin class Mirio togata had something to say.
Mirio: Izuku Midoriya i extend to you an opportunity to come with me and do your work study program with pro hero Nighteye. Let me know what you decide by the end of the day.
Izuku was utterly surprised that somone gave him a chance to inturn at an agency but regardless Izuku still needed time to consider whether or not he'd go through with it.
Izuku: Mirio Senpai when do we leave?
Mirio: We can go now of you'd like. Aizawa is that alright with you?
Aizawa: Thats fine Midoriya you can head out now take your hero suit in case.
As Izuku and Mirio left the headed towards nighteyes agency it only took 30 minutes to arrive. When they entered nighteyes office he looked at Izuku with a look of interest
Mirio: Hello Sir here's the guy I told you about.
Nighteye: He's the kid who beat you?
Mirio: Yes Sir!
Nighteye: Mirio would you and bubble girl step outside id like to test the potential of our possible new recruit.
Izuku: What kind of test do you have in mind?
Nighteye: If you can take the stamp from my hand then I'll gladly accept you
Before Izuku did anything he looked at his surroundings to begin to form a plan. All that covered the room was AllMight merchandise

Izuku: Hey guys we got a challenge
Carnage: Can we kill him
Lasher: No its a test to see if Izuku gets this work experience job.
Carnage: No fun when are we gonna get into some action?
Izuku: I dont know but be careful what you wish for (Mindscape end)
Izuku used One For All and mixed it with his symbiote power increasing his speed which surpassed AllMight. Nighteye had trouble keeping up with Izuku's movements but was able to quickly adapt after 5 minutes of trying Nighteye was about to reject Izuku until he realized that he no longer had the stamp in his hand.
Nighteye: Welcome to the agency
Nighteye said as he stretched his hand towards Izuku and Izuku took his hand and shook it.
Nighteye: Now Midoriya change into your hero costume and we'll all go patrol
Izuku: yes sir!
Mirio and bubble girl came in and Nighteye had told them about the new member who would be joining them on patrol. Izuku went to change into his hero suit

When he met up with the other three members Izuku had his gas mask clipped onto his side. Nighteye explained the mission and it was to be on the lookout for suspicious activity
Nighteye: before i forget if you spot this villian run do not engage in combat.

Nighteye said as he held a picture of a mysterious man Izuku and Mirio looked closely at the image of the man to memorize who he is.
Nighteye: This man is Chisaki Kai or to the world he's known as Overhaul the villian who has already killed many heroes. Apparently the area we are patrolling is a part of his controlled territory.
Izuku,Mirio and bubble girl had a shiver run down their spine the squad of 4 went on patrol Izuku was partnered up with Mirio. The two patrolled for a few hours then as they rounded the corner a little girl with snow white hair and red eyes looked at izuku and Mirio amd begged them to help her.

Before Mirio was able to ask her who she needed to be safe from. Izuku grabbed both of them and super jumped to the tallest building where he took out binoculars and handed them to Mirio.
Izuku: Senpai look at the area where we stood
Mirio saw through the binoculars and a few seconds later he saw overhaul appear from the alley. He then put the binoculars down to avoid the sun reflect off the lense and give away their position.
Mirio: Thats overhaul how did you know he was going to appear.
Izuku: Due to my quirk having fused with my body ive been granted enhanced senses.
Izuku then turned to the girl who was covered in dirty tattered rags and asked her a few questions.
Izuku: Hello Whats your name?
Eri: My name is Eri
Izuku: what a cute name ok ERI why was that man chasing you?
Eri: To experiment on me
She began to have tears stream down her face but the unexpected happened she was embraced by Izuku.
Izuku: Dont worry Eri we're heroes and we wont let anything bad happen to you.
Izuku turned to Mirio and said "you might want to inform Nighteye" after doing so the three rendezvous at the designated location. Upon hearing what Izuku and Mirio were told Nighteye decided to take quick action informing UA to suspend the work study program.
(At UA)
Everyone had now reached UA and Nighteye went to speak with Nezu about what they encountered. After some time talking it was decided that the Work study program would be put on hold nezu also requested that Eri stay at UA.
When Nezu was about to select a guardian he noticed that she was clinging to Izuku as if her life depended on it. After seeing this Nezu asked " Midoriya would it be possible if you could take Eri into your custody?"
Izuku: Id be glad to do so principal Nezu.
Little did Izuku realize that Nezu meant something entirely diffrent.
