Our Love

First Day

Today is the first day of classes, and I'm so excited. Our alarm went off and I sat straight up. Cami was still snoring loud as ever and I have no clue where Fran is. "Up up girls! It's the first day of school!" Fran yells as she comes out of our closet. Figures. "Uggg, what time is it?!"Cami says as she puts a pillow on her head. "Time for you to get up!" I yell. "Nope, not happening." I look at Fran and she nodded. We grabbed pillows and water, and start to hit her. When that doesn't work, we pour water on her. "Ahhhhhh, I'm up! I'm up!" She yells soaked. We laugh at her as she growls at us. "I'm going to go shower!" She yells as she stomps. Fran and I look at each other and laugh again.

I ended up wearing a pink skirt and a tie dye shirt with a yarn string and a Pearl in the middle. "Ready?" I ask. "Yep!" They scream. We head down to the mess hall and grab some breakfast. We see Naty and Maxi so we go and sit with them. "Congrats on your engagement Vilu." They say. "Thanks, that mean a lot. Would you like to be a bridesmaid Naty?" I ask as I look at her. Her eyes start to tear up and she nods. "Great! Probably in a month or so, I'm going to go look for dresses." I tell them smiling. "Who is in the wedding Vilu?" Cami asks. "Well, you, Fran, Naty, and Ludmilla are my bridesmaids. Leon is choosing his best man and other people. Angie is my maid of honor, and I don't know about the flower girl. Maybe If Leon has any cousins. Olga and Ramallo are helping us coordinate everything so ya. That's the plan so far." I tell them. "Hey, beautiful" I look up and see Leon. "Hey, we were just talking about the wedding." I said as he sat down next to me. "Ya, we can help out in anyway you need us man." Maxi tells us. We nod and go back to eating. Everyone has the same schedule except Diego, Marco, Lara, And Maxi. We have mostly the same classes but Diego and Marco are going into management and Maxi is DJ. No one knows why Lara isn't in some of the classes.
As we head to our first class, we see that there are some new people. As we sit down in our group, Pablo comes in and introduces the four of them. "Hey guys, this is Gery, Alex, Rachel, and Aqua. Gery is going into management, Alex and Aqua will have the same schedule as most of you and Rachel is a DJ." We all nod and welcome them. "So is the guy over there (points to Leon) single?" As Rachel talks to us, all of us nod our heads no. "He is my fiancé." I tell her quitely. "Oh, why would he want you?" She looks at me scrunching up her nose. I look down. Ludmilla steps in for me. "Leave my sister alone. She has had troubles in the past and if you want to be friends with us back off." She yells her and my girlfriends nod. "Whatever" and she walks over to Lara. "Hi, I'm Aqua. What are your guy's names?" She asks as nervously. "I'm Franchesca, Fran for short, that's Natiella, Naty for short Ludmilla, Ludmi for short,  Camilla, Cami for short, and Violetta, with Vilu as her nickname." She said and we all smile. "Cool, I'm from Mexico so I'm really nervous." She states quitely, "that's okays My fiancé is actually from Mexico. I tell her. She smiles. "I think we are going to be good friends." She says as she smiles. "Hey, How about as a welcome we sing once again? Aqua can come up with us and when she feels comfortable sing along." Ludmilla suggests. We all nod and I ask Pablo. He smiles and tells us yes. "Maxi! Can you put on the track for Once Again?" Cami asks. He nods and starts the track.

Towards the end of the chorus, Aqua jumps in and sings a line. We all smile and continue to sing. When we end, we do a big group hug. I run to Leon and he kisses my forehead, "good job princess." "Thanks but let's sit down." He nods and we get ready for our assignment. "Okay, for your first assignment, I'm going to let you choose groups and they can be as big as you want. You will compose a song and choreograph a dance to it. You have three days and on Friday, you'll preform and sing it in front of class. Now Diego, Gery, and Marco will not be part of this assignment. Instead they will be helping you and will end up critiquing you on Friday. Good luck!"
We all start to form our group. In our group it's Naty, Ludmilla, Leon, me, Fran, Cami, Maxi, Aqua, Broudway, and Diego to help out. The next group is Lara, Rachel, Alex, Marco and Gery. They said they wanted a small group.
"How about we do a song about dancing?" Cami asks. We nod but we don't know what the theme is. "How about it is like a battle?" I suggest. "Like before I came, there was a rival between you guys. Towards the end we come together like we did towards the end of the year." "I like it Vilu." Maxi said. "All we have to do is compose a song and dance routine." Fran says. "How about we divide and conquer?" I tell them. "How would we do that?" Naty asks. "Well, Maxi, Cami and Fran can find the beat and instruments since they are really good at that. Leon, Broudway, and Ludmilla could work on the routine. Then the rest of us can work on the lyrics." I tell them. They nod and agree. "Lets go and write a battle song!"Ludmilla screams and we end up laughing.
