The brunette and younger Jaeger was dumbfounded when his older brother picked him up from school way too early. He was in Psychology. That meant he was supposed to feel thankful and blessed by the heavens, but with a substitute with that attitude, no. A knock on their door attracted the attention of the class, and Eren was ready to see who it was - Zeke.

Envious students glared at Eren, jealous that he was able to leave class, but from his observation, it was something grave.

Ah, the puns.

Turns out two of his cousins-in-law were dead - burnt and scorched, their flesh charred and rotten, bones protuding from their skin. Seeing their bodies made Eren retch beside the now incomprehensible and unrecognizable vehicle, which the cops, for some dumbass reason, delivered in front Reiss manor. Sick taste was around his mouth, and tasting it made him gag more, his nasty cafeteria lunch making a reappearance. "There goes my burrito. " He scrunched up his button nose, making deep lines mark them, as he saw that the mixed vegetables that was served as a side was still whole.

"What the heck, Zeke? Why'd you bring me here? What's that about?" Eren questioned as he wiped off the sick from his mouth.

His brother looked at him, his frown unchanging. "You're here because I wanna drag you with me in this hell by greeting guests. . . "

"But I - "

"Don't make a fool of yourself."

They went back on taking about the newly deceased.

They were about two days dead, but the cops were stupid and Fat Uncle Rod was more stupid, according to what Zeke said, he was the one responsible for bringing the car, which was unnecessary. Apparently, according to witness reports, the vehicle was speeding, and it crashed to a nearby convenience store, before igniting and burning. Drunk-driving was also seen as a reason, and Eren could say they were right since Urklyn, unlike his kind demeanor, was a big drunkard.
