2 days later:

George and Annie bring Paul home.

Poor Paul can't walk by himself all the time (but he can walk a little) and needs some help from George to make sure he won't fall.

Annie looks after him, treats him when they rest.

But to Annie and George it's mainly important to bring Paul safely home.

"ouch" Paul says when he places his bad feet on the ground.

"You should rest Paul.. Rest.." Annie says.

"No, I want to go home and see Jenny... And Elsa.. I need them." Paul starts crying a little bit.

"They're fine Paul. No worry" George says.

"You don't know. You really don't know that George. Who knows. What if they're getting kidnapped.. Who knows..." Paul says crying.

George pulls him close to him. "It's alright Macca.. It's alright... We're soon home. You will see them soon." he says.

Paul nods.

Annie tries to fix Paul's feet. In the meantime it starts to snow.

"We should go on.." Paul says, drying his tears. "I need to go home." He says.

"First, rest." George says.

"It's freezing here... Soon or later we die of.. of.. the freezing weather!" Paul says. He shakes a little bit.

"Paul. calm down." Annie gets in.

George nods agreeing.

"I just need to see my babies.." Paul says.

"Babies?" Annie asks.

"Jen and Elsa." George answers her question. Annie hasn't grown up in England. So she doesn't know everything.

George picks up Paul. "If you want to be that quick home. I'll carry you." George says.

Paul nods. He agrees to this all.

They walk al day. And Annie starts to freeze. She is very cold. always. And this weather makes it worse. They enter a small village and see a little place to warm up for the night and sleep. George is quite exhausted by carrying Paul.
