after the four boys rushed into the kitchen fully dressed out of their night wear, minho only quietly served them their plates and made sure he didn't forget anything in the kitchen before leaving, his mind going onto what he had to do next.
felix piercing laugh and seungmin's whiny complaints to what jeongin was telling them brought hyunjin no interest. his mind going blank as his eyes gave a strange faraway look and he continued to pushed his food around the plate with his fork.
he was mute, lips closed together and there was no feeling of him wanting to engage in the conversation the other three boys were having which must of been pretty hilarious to have felix choking on his water and tearing up.
he wasn't sure as to why he felt distracted, but he came up with some ideas. he was probably upset about the food, not being something tasty that'll make him carve for a second serving, not that he gets a lot of second servings when his mother is around. he was constantly in a strict diet and mrs.hwang puts immense pressure on her son to keep him from eating certain foods. but even though he felt upset about the food, it wasnt what made him feel off.
a sudden distant bark outside of the kitchen brought his attention, scrambling off the stool in a rush, he almost slipped. he leaned over the sink, left cheek pressed against the window as the barks was continuous. finally, he saw his dog.
kkami was out in the yard, little form ran past the window, tiny tongue hanging as he ran at almost every direction. hyunjin smiled at his dog, cooing at the adorable scenery happening before his eyes.
he was surpsied when minho passed by the window seemingly distracted by the flowers planted alongside the house. the sun looked unbearable, the harsh rays touched minho's toned skin, especially his arms.
hyunjin found himself in a trance, looking over the new workers body as if he was studying his own, with no shame mostly because he still hasn't realized what he was doing.
minho's tanned skin looked smooth under the strong rays, his few prominent veins alongside his arm was doing something to hyunjin as he continued to stare at them. when he finally moved on from them, he noticed the other's lips, small and pretty. they were muted pink, unlike hyunjin's which were a fierce pink. and big.
"he got fucking possessed by the gay demon again. look at the way he drools over a worker, look at the lust in eyes." felix commented from the counter, a knowing smirk attached itself on his lips as he saw the hyunjin's ears turned into a red hue. "three course meal, isn't he, hyunjin?." the australian taunted in english.
"i was just looking at kkami running around." hyunjin retorted back in english, pushing himself away from the window and turning around to face the three smiling idiots sitting on the counter, half emptied plates pushed out in front of them. "and a gay demon did not possessed me."
"right because hyunjin is the gay demon himself." seungmin joked, jumping off of his seat so he could hide behind jeongin when hyunjin lunged at him. "why the sudden attack, hyunjin? I've had called you all types of gay. gay idiot, gay monster, gay ogre, what's so bad about gay demon?."
"can we please resume our talk in korean?." jeongin asked, prying the seungmin's hands that digged through his shoulders. "I only understood like three words and I want to know what's funny."
"seungmin was—."
"if you're gay and you know it, clap your hands—." seungmin interrupted, grinning cheeky at the older and his smile grew when he heard felix's loud clapping. "c'mon, hyunjin. we all know you're gay."
"I'm bi." hyunjin's face was beyond burning. "so—."
"now that's something I understood!." jeongin responded. "you're more into guys than you are into girls. your last relationship with the opposite gender was nearly eight or nine years ago and you even said it yourself, the relationship felt like nothing."
it was true. but he still believed he was bi mostly because he was afraid of admitting he was actually gay. afraid of what? afraid of having to go through the point of coming out to his parents as gay. it was hard enough coming out bisexual, but his parents didn't reacted as coldly as he thought they would. but they didn't acted nice either. he could only imagine the way they'll react if he ever did told them he was gay and it made him uneasy.
"whatever." hyunjin huffed and crossed his arms, defeat washing over and letting himself lose the argument so the topic wouldn't be spoken about anymore. "who wants to watch a movie?."
