Athena's Dilemma
Why do you always keep on hurting me?
You always think about Abi
I have tried letting go before
Trust me when I say it hurts more
When I thought I found someone new
Here you are coming back, confusing my feelings for you
This new guy is sweet and caring;
Makes me laugh and keeps me smiling
The damn thing? Whatever I do--
I know my heart belongs to you
But I am afraid to go back
I might just get my things and pack
"Can I live without happiness?"
Yet, "can I live with that sadness?"
"I'm willing to sacrifice them;
my happiness, my love, myself
For the sake of Kenji, my man
The man I have been loving most."
Is it sin to love this much?
Then call me a sinner or such!
I do not regret loving you
But it seems wrong to continue
I am sick and there is no cure
I won't last for years - that's for sure
I will soon be gone forever
If you'll hate me now, it's better
