VICTORY

Zeus sat on his throne as a pretty nymph sat on his lap. He was laughing and enjoying the feast. He looked at Apollo who sat in the throne next to his. He seemed to be enjoying himself just as much as Zeus. As hhe watched the two nymphs sitting on Apollo's lap kiss his neck, he thought that he may even be enjoying himself more than Zeus. With that thought Zeus laughed even more.

Apollo felt amazing. The ambrosia felt amazing. The two nymphs that sat on him felt amazing. Everytimg felt amazing.

He could already feel the mortals turning their backs on Helios and taking him, the mighty Apollo, as their only sun god. As soon as Helios would make it public the other immortals will know it too. He would become one of the most powerful olympians, as his number of followers will grow and grow.

Zeus stood up from his chair, letting the nymph fall to tbe ground in the process, and asked for everybody's attention.
When everyone had their eyes on Zeus, he made a motion towards Helios who then walked towards Zeus and stood next to him.

"I wanted to announce that I herby acknowledge that Apollo is the true sun god and he is above me. My duties of the sun go to him."
Helios said, showing no emotions on his face as gasps were heared from the public.

Apollo had the biggest grin on his face as he stood up and made his way towards Helios. He then put his arm on Helios' shoulder.
"I am the true sun god! Only I, the son of Zeus!"
He than said to the people, who slowly started to clap for him out of respect.

"You are a disgusting being, Apollo. You are not worthy of your position and especially not of my sister."
Helios than said.

"I am the only one worthy of my position, Helios! It is you who is unworthy. You are just an old filthy titan. If it wasn't for my father's mercy you would have been killed just like the rest of your kind."
He said, his words slightly slurred.
"You are the one that is disgusting! You are weak, giving away such a high position for something as stupid as your sister?! And the funniest thing is that I still hold her strings in my hand.
I am Apollo, I am mighty, I can do what I want, fuck who I want and live how I want."
He said laughing.

With a shake of his head, Helios walked out of the ballroom in anger and disgust.

"Let's continue this feast!"
Apollo said as he raised his cup of ambrosia.
He had done it, he was now the only true sun god. He couldn't be happier in that moment.

And then his eyes connected with a pair of light grey ones.
