"Aaron!" I ran up to him and hugged him, he lifted me up and swung me around
"Oh I missed you so much Jade like you don't understand!"
"Me too! I'm just so glad your here now" I exclaimed
You look so beautiful Jade, your stunning!"
I started to blush we hugged one more time then he said
"Can I be your date tonight?"
"You sure as hell can handsome!" I said and took his arm
"Let's go then!" Zach said
We all got into a limo that we hired out,
"Joey said he will meet us there" Zach said
"Ok"
Whilst me and Aaron were talking my hand was rested on my thigh so he slithered his into mine. I just smiled at him whilst he blushed
"You look cute in a suit"
"Thanks" He said
"We are here!" The driver said
We all got out the car, the music was so loud that we could hear it from outside. We walked into the massive hall with a photo booth, a food stall lots of dancing and hella loud music!
"Wow this is pretty lit!" Aaron said over the music
"Haha yeah!" I agreed
"There's Joey and Maddie lets go say hi!" Loren shouted pointing at them sat at a table, she was whispering something into his ear that made him giggle, god damn I loved his giggle the way his cheeks turn all pink, and his nose scrunches up. We walked over and Zach said
"Yooo lovebirds!"
And they turned their heads towards us
"Hey guys!" Joey shouted over the music
"You look really nice J, and you too Loren!" Joey shouted
"Thanks!" Loren shouted
"Thank you!" I replied back
All of a sudden a slow romantic song came on and all the couples joined the dance floor, 🙄how iconic. Joey took Maddie by the hand and they danced and Zach took Loren to dance, me and Aaron were sat down he held out his hand and said
"May I have this dance?" He asked
I nodded my head and smiled, we got up and walked over. He rested his hands on my waist and I wrapped my arms around his neck,
"Jade I think recently we have gotten a lot closer" he said
"Yeah we have" I agreed not sure where this was going
"And I think that you and me may have developed some feelings towards each other, feelings that are a bit more then friendly."
"Ermmmm Aaron where are you going with this?" I asked
"But I think for the best and to keep our friendship I think that we shouldn't be more then friends"
PHEW! Thank god for that!
"Yeah I completely agree"
"Good!"
And then we just went back to dancing silently. I looked at Joey and Maddie dancing in front of me, how happy he looked, wondering if he could ever be that happy with me? Suddenly I felt like I was going to cry I couldn't cry here?!
"Sorry Aaron I just have to use the restroom" I said letting go
I walked away fast and went into one of the bathroom and put my phone on the counter top next to the sink, idk but I felt sad but I didn't want to cry, I felt realllllllllllllllllllly jealous I will admit that, ugh I just hate my life! I grabbed my phone and walked out, when I stepped out the bathroom I took a deep breath in and out to calm me down, I walked back in the hall and I saw Aaron sat at our table talking to a pretty girl in our class, then I looked over to Joey and Maddie and I saw them making out! I walked over to our table and picked up my hand clutch and said
"I kind of feel a bit sick, I'm going to head home Aaron"
Joey and Maddie stopped kissing and Joey said
"Wait what's wrong?"
"Nothing!" I exclaimed and just walked out.
Ugh! I felt so stupid, I was so cold, I was walking home since my mum couldn't pick me up and my sister was out.
I reached home, I threw my heels off and ran upstairs. I opened the door to my room and threw my bag into my bed, I unzipped my dress and let it fall to the ground. I went into my walk-in wardrobe and put on some shorts and a tank top. I put my hair in a bun and wiped off my make-up. I couldn't handle this pain anymore, I just hate everyone and everything right now! Why am I like a disease to every boy I meet?! I lay down on my bed and let the tears pour and drip from my face onto my pillow eventually soaking it.
I fell asleep until an annoying tap was hitting my window, it stopped for a second then carried on, I walked over to my window and opened it, I looked around and I saw...
