Mina;

"I'm not ready yet." I excuse.

"Oh, cut it with all that bullshit. You've been saying that for the past few weeks." Yoongi nagged, still however keeping that calm tone.

I shook my head as a response.

"Fine. How about, tell the girls. You know they're really worried about you right?"

"The trio?" I ask.

"Duh, they even begged me to stay by your side. Because apparently", He air-quoted, "you now need me more than you need them."

"They said that? Really?" I ask again.

"Yeah, even I need friends like that who understands me. But I bet, they're hurt because you chose to stay away from them, who are your closest friends since the beginning of school." He reasoned then rolled his eyes.

"Do you think I should talk to them?" I hesitantly asked, already knowing the answer.

"Why is that even a question? I mean, would I tell you all this to have you continue to ignore them."

"I wasn't ignoring them, I was just taking a break."

"Yeah, same thing bitch."

I chuckled at his random sassy tone.

"Now, shoo." He closed his eyes in the process, "I need to sleep."

I playfully smack his arm, in which he winces from the pain, "thank you, Yoongi."

"Yoongi-oppa." He glared at me.

"Whatever, Yoongi"

He squinted his eyes.

"-oopa." I quickly coughed out before running out of the music room and towards the stairs to the roof.

Running up the stairs, I rehearse exactly what to say.

"Hey guys, I'm sorry I completely ignored you for the past few weeks because I was too ashamed to speak to you, who are my only other friends in school." I slapped myself, "shit, that's not it."

I started again, "Hey guys, my mum made excellent brownies today. Wanna come over to my house, so I can tell you what the fuck is wrong with me?"

I slapped myself again.

Before I can even think about anything else again, I arrived at the top flight of the stairs.

I need to face them, before it's all too late.

I opened the doors and peeked my head out first to confirm they were there.

And, indeed they were.

They sat there in a triangle, solemnly eating their lunch without uttering a word.
