Fire in my heart

As we walked out from the coffee shop, a bunch of loud clicks and blinding lights went off in my face. At first, I wasn't sure what was going on but then I remembered that Alex was famous. He suddenly turned to me in a worried face.

"Jenna Hun, we are gonna have to run. On 3. 1. 2. 3. GO!"

We sprinted off to his car and drove away from the paparazzi. While we were in the car, alex started a conversation about the incident.

"Hey babe, I'm really sorry about all of this. I'm sorry if you see a bunch of stories and stuff on the magazines. It's all fake... There's also going to be a large response from the fans because I haven't been seen with anyone since Arielle.."

I was a bit confused, was he saying that we're together?

"Al.. Don't worry about me. I'm fine. If they ask it won't matter because we're just friends right?"

Alex's face suddenly turned red and he started blushing. "Jenna.. I really like you. I want to be more than friends. Will you be mine?" I was shocked but also happy at the same time. I wanted this to happen.

"Al, of course. I'll be yours. He turned to me with a huge smile plastered on his face.

................. Alex POV...............

I was so happy she said yes. I wanted to ask her the night I met her, but she obviously hated me and it would also be too fast. The only thing that would get in our way would be the fangirls..

I drove Jenna home instead of going to the mall because I was worried that the paparazzi were still after us.

I held her hand in the car and apologized that we couldn't go.. But she was ok with it. She's such an easy going girl. I love it. After knocking on the door, Miles answered and was greeted with huge smiles from both of us.

Jenna quickly hugged him and made her way into the kitchen for a glass of water.

I decided I should tell Miles about our relationship.

"Hey mate, umm... Jenna and I are dating now. I asked her today!"

I couldn't read Miles' expression.

"Look mate, I'm happy for yous. But if you ever break her heart, you've gotta deal with me. I wasn't mad about your drunken mistake, because I've don't that type of stuff before. But Jenna has been through a lot, and if you hurt her you're gonna be in big trouble. Got it?!"

I knew for sure that I would never hurt Jenna intentionally, she was so special unlike any girl I have ever met.

"Miles, I swear I won't hurt her. I really do like her. She might even be the one. I've never felt this way about anyone before!" Miles' face softened and he gave me a hug. I'm glad that got cleared up.

................Jenna POV...............

As I was filling up my glass, I heard Miles giving alex "The Talk". He's always been very protective of me, and I love him so much. I remember when I had a break up with my last boyfriend, miles was so mad at him and went insane.

*flashback* 1 year ago

I turned the key in my door and walked in. Jack and I shared an apartment at the time in London. I heard some sounds coming from out bedroom and made my way in. My heart shattered at the scene. Jack, my boyfriend of five years, was in the bed with another girl. I was so shocked, I didn't know what to do except run out of the house before he said something. I had nowhere to go. Running into my car, suddenly Miles popped into my head. I slammed on the breaks and drove there. Jack was constantly calling me but I never bothered answering. He showed up on Miles' doorstep everyday. I never answered. He finally gave up after a month. Although I got over our breakup after a couple months, I ended up staying with Miles because it was nice to have a familiar face Around and I was always so close with him.

*present*

I couldn't help but worry about Alex breaking my heart like Jack did. but I liked alex so much. I think I would give it a try.

Miles and Alex made their way into the living room. I joined them and we started talking for a bit. I decided it wouldn't be bad to have a bit of fun? Even though it was only one in the afternoon.

"Do you guys want to have a drink?" A cheeky smirk spread on Alex's face and I already knew that miles would want some.

We all decided to make some margaritas and made our way into the kitchen. I pulled out some cups and ice, while Alex started cutting the limes. Miles, being the lazy arse he is, just stood there and watched grinning.

Out of nowhere, Alex squeezed lime juice all over my face.

"What the hell was that for you arse!?!"

Alex and Miles were laughing and my misfortune which was not funny at all. I was about to smack both of them when Alex's lips met mine. I felt sparks fly through my body like the first time we kissed. Miles just stood there awkwardly and started yelling at us.

"GEEZ! Get a room will ya?!"

"oh shut it Miles. I had to always watch you snog Suki when you were together! Get used to this!" I turned around to face alex and our lips met again.

"You guys are such wankers. I'm going in the living room!"

Miles left the kitchen chuckling and turned on the Tv. I turned to Alex and looked into his gorgeous chocolate eyes and felt his now ruined quiff on my forehead. Right then, I knew that Alex was mine and I was so happy.
