The soreness had stopped a couple of days after the little police run in with Jacob, but it still was a struggle to put a lot of weight on. I had told my dad that it was a crowed part of town that day, he understood that people could get rowdy in the rain.

I decided to stay home to let my ankle recover from the fall, however them three days sitting off my foot where so boring: I had gotten so use to the outside I loathed going inside, staying in one place. Sitting at my writing desk I had often found myself zoning out the window, looking at the houses opposite my window; A small noise could be hear on my roof and it had caught my attention, it was too noisy to be a bird... unless the roof tiles had loosened again.

The shuffling came back as I looked up at the ceiling with confusion, until a thought came into my head: putting my book down I leaned over and opened my window; climbing onto my desk, I poked my head out and looked up at the sky. Holding my breath, I pulled myself out so my feet where hanging out, shuffling onto my knees I pulled myself up as my arms rested on the roof, pressing my chin on them I couldn't help but smile a little "Is my house a magnet to you or something Mr. Frye?" I asked with a slight teasing tone, he turned around on heels and looked down at me before smiling as he soon recognized me, "Ah maybe its me! Who is the magnet for you?" he chuckled crawling over and kneeled down in front of me. "What on earth are you doing on my roof?"

"Looking for something,"

"What could possibly be up here?" I asked raising an eyebrow, he held his hand out to me and pulled me up, "A music box," I laughed as he let go and looked around,

"Why would a music box be on a roo..." he shed me, putting his hand gently over my mouth causing a small blush to creep on my face. The surroundings became silent: a faint sound of a beautiful melody could be heard... My god he was right. "Not crazy now!" he cheered, grinning at me as he ran to the other side of the roof which I followed slowly, trying not to fall down, "why are you looking for music boxes anyway? Haven't you got the Blighters to worry about?"

"Its for my sister, something about a crazy man hiding treasure under London," he said turning around and ran to the other side of the roof past me, "Come on slow poke!" he said looking back at me, "This way!"

"I can't..." he prepared to jump but stopped at what I had said and looked back at me

"Not with that attitude you won't," he said walking back to me, grabbing my hand and walked me to the edge of the roof, "No, no I can't!"

"can't what? You're not bound to the house,"

"I am! I already said this Jacob!" I squeaked as he just looked at me, obviously not believing me when I said it the first time. "The old man wont notice straight away, besides its only on the next two roofs..." he said trying to give me a reassuring look, "Besides..." I looked up at him in the eyes,

"I can tell you really want to go..."
