[1 week later]

another boring day, everything going on as usual. the brunette stood in the back of the class, looking out of the window, his earbuds in as always, even though no song was playing. when the teacher came in, he didn't even bother to take out his books, he just stood there, lost in his thoughts

and as another extremely boring hour passed, changkyun was in one of the music rooms, in front of the piano, but not playing anything. it was so relaxing, everything seemed so perfect, even though it was far from it. the room was quiet, no sound penetrating it

he thought of a song he could play, but as his long fingers made contact with the piano, the door was swung open, making changkyun flinch back

"s-sorry, i didn't know someone was here..." this blond with soft features and thin lips looked away in embarrassment. changkyun has gotten up and walked towards the door, completely unphased

"do you how to play the piano?" changkyun looked over his shoulder at minhyuk if he remembered his name correctly, they had biology together

changkyun knew how to play the piano, he was good, no, scratch that, he was extremely good. his mother thought him and he truly loved playing the piano, but he never showed it off. it was like a secret talent he had

"kinda, i guess" minhyuk nodded slowly, clearly wanting to say something else "maybe you can teach me? I've been trying to play the piano before but i suck, so maybe if you teach me?" excitement in his eyes and the bright smile he had, he radiated so much happiness

the exact opposite of changkyun

changkyun never stood out, he was always quiet,he didn't really talked to anyone, unless he had to, he didn't have any friends and he didn't want any either. he enjoyed being alone he actually loved it, sometimes he would like to have a shoulder to cry on though, no matter how strong and tough you are everyone needs a comfort sometimes

however, minhyuk was always happy, even if he didn't have a reason, it was his default to say so. he would always be so loud and he had lots of friends. or at least he's hanging out with a lot of people, the whole school knew him, he was so cheerful and the mood maker, unlike changkyun

"i don't know...i'm pretty busy..." that was a lie, beside his daily walks into the park nearby, he didn't have anything to do

it was the same thing every day, he woke up, went to school, go to the park, go back home and try to avoid his dad as much as he could

that was it, he didn't hang out with no one, he didn't go to parties or go out smoking or drinking or whatever a 16 year old would do nowadays, no he stayed home and listened to music, not even bothering to do his homework, also probably the reason why he was failing at almost every class

"well, if you can, call me or something" the boy said as he wrote his number on a paper and gave it to changkyun. minhyuk was still hopeful, maybe, just maybe changkyun would call

"i'll think" he went out, leaving minhyuk standing there and staring at his number for a few minutes. who knows, maybe it wouldn't be that bad right?

and so, school was over, it was getting colder and colder and clouds we're forming again, a sign that it would rain, again. but changkyun, he couldn't care less, he loved the rain, he loved the sound of rain and he loved to stay in the rain

he wasn't  that surprised when he saw hoseok, in  the park, sitting on the bench with a cigarette between his lips

a week passed by and every day changkyun would go after school to the park. he usually found hoseok, sitting on the same bench, with a cigarette between his plump lips. the brunette took a seat and hoseok gave him a cigarette, like he always did,
