HELP.The walk upstairs to her apartment felt, so long, so drawn out that every
step hurt Safiya a little more. She was dreading the argument her and Xavier were bond to have. Though, it had been two months since the incident at the restaurant, with him and Kwang-sun he still brought it up. Safiya had began to grow sick of their relationship, but a part of her didn't want to break it off with Xavier, for the sake of their child.
As she got closer to her own apartment her stomach grew tight and her throat dried, when she arrived at the door she opened it frightfully.
She heard nothing, but the air conditioning which oddly scared her even more. She slowly walked inside still hearing nothing, so she made her way to her daughter's room.
When she entered the room her daughter was sleeping soundly; this warmed Safiya's heart and took away some of the fright she had felt, as she reminded herself why she was doing any of this in the first place.
She sighed releasing a bundle of pint up anxiety, before closing her child's door and heading to her and Xavier's bedroom.
The silence was eating away at her, so she picked up her paste, busting open their room door loudly, only to see absolutely no one.
She frowned confusingly, "he should be here,"she thought frightfully.""
she turn on the lights figuring that he was probably asleep, but was met with a completely empty bed, still in the same condition it was this morning when she made it.
An odd thought came to mind as she stood there, "check the dressers for his clothes," and so, she did just that. She rushed to the dressers to see if his clothes were still there.
Her heart sank when she was met with the bare abyss of the empty drawers. A frown consumed her face as negative thoughts raced though her mind as to where he might have went.
"He couldn't have left—no he won't leave,"she thought to herself. She stood there— still for a moment thinking of her next move and where he could've gone with all his belongings.
Her legs began to grow weak as her body shook in fear. She took hold of her bed post to keep herself standing as tears pricked her glossy, dark brown eyes.
"He won't do this. Not while it's hard enough to proved for our daughter with two people. He won't leave me all alone without any help. He wouldn't,"she thought to herself.
Tears destroying her vision as she realized, he had in fact left them.
Left without reason, without telling her, and worst of all— left their child alone. He left them without a care in the world.
By now Safiya had managed to lay down in her bed, her hands covering her mouth as she silently cried, trying not to disturb her daughter's sleep. She curled her body into a tight ball and laid there as silent, painful tears rushing down her face, until she heard a knock at her apartment door.
Sulking as she did, she rose from her bed, slowly inching towards the front door. Whoever it was their knocking seemed to grow louder as she walked closer towards the door. Which only annoyed her more, as tears still violating her brown skin.
She opened it half hoping it would be Xavier, however she was shocked and a little confused when she saw, Kwang-sun.
The look on his face perplexed Safiya, he looked scared an emotion she had never seen on his face since she had first met him. It was such a cute expression she half wanted to smile though decided against it.
Instead, she frowned softly, fresh tears still painting her dark brown skin, he noticed these tears that seemed to be weighing her down and causing her immense pain.
He wanted so, badly to wipe them away to provide her with some sense of comfort, in fact he pulled his hand up to do so. Though he stopped as her eyes darted down to his hand, a concerned expression still on her beautiful face.
She said nothing, kept her head low as more tears fell down her soft brown skin, burning small, warm holes into her flesh as they did so.
Kwang-sun heard her sniffles and soft whimpers and this time reacted without a second thought. He pulled her into him, one hand around her waist the other on the back of her head.
He held her there for what felt like an eternity and let her cry on his shoulder, even though that meant ruining his Armoni suit.
The only sounds that filled the small apartment walkway was Safiya's cries as Kwang-sun tried his best to console her.
As odd as it sounds this moment hurt her more than helped, here was a man she barely knew comforting her from the loss of the man she'd knew and loved deeply, since high school. She felt so worthless, so used and wore down that all she could do was continue to cry her eyes out.
After her tears dried, she grew silent and her body stopped shaking, she pulled away from him and began returning to her apartment.
"Thank you,"she mumbled turning around so that she could return to her empty home.
However, Kwang-sun stopped her by grabbing her hand, hoping at best he'd be able to look at her hypnotizing face again.
She looked up at him, her head cocked to the side as she stared at him with a confused expression.
"Let me stay with you,"Kwang-sun demanded stepping closer towards her inhaling her scent and hardening his eyes.
Though, he usually used his voice to control situations he was in, in this moment; even as his voice held a tone of dominance, it was laced with gentleness and a sense of affection.
Something Safira saw, noted and seemed to greatly appreciate.
She stared up at him, wide eyed and confused. Trying her best to understand this situation as her mind raced with thoughts.
"What,"she questioned softly, confusingly.
"Let me come in,"he quickly repeated this time holding her closer towards him, his grip tightening on her waist.
As her mind raced, questioning his motive and whether this was the smart thing to do, her body reacted for her.
Slowly she nodded her head, agreeing to something she still did not quite understand.
She was so miserable, so devasted by the current events, that her brain had shut down and her emotions took over.
Kwang-sun smiled lightly, grabbing her by the hand and swiftly guiding her inside and to her bedroom without so, much as a word.
Neither of them knew what quite would transpired between them, but Safiya was too far gone and Kwang-sun's mind was filled with lust; realizing this was the perfect time to taint this beautiful angel's wings.
His heart beat was lightning fast and his hands shook every time he touched her, though none of this was out of nervousness, no.
It was out of sheer excitement for, tonight he'd be ruining one of God's beautiful creations without so, much as a second thought.
He'd help taint her earth-toned skin with his sinful lips; conquer her mind and body with ease and enjoy each moment as he destroyed her for his own pleasure.
