Today was like any other Monday at Bloxtin High.
I am 16, and one of the taller kids in our grade. I was sitting next to my friend Asher, we were talking about random things until our ELA teacher Mrs. Shelby silenced us all.
"Children," she said, "today we have a new student."
I thought to myself 'Oh great, another person in my class who is going to make fun of me for being a male artist!' Many people find it weird that I like to draw. They never seem to realize that most popular artists are men, but that's their problem.
The door opened, and the most beautiful girl I have ever seen walked into the room. She was around 5'11, wearing a pair of ankle high converse and knee-high socks with jean shorts and a crop-top hoodie with golden beads on the strings. Her hair had electric blue tips and it was pulled back in a long pony-tail with yellow streaks. Lastly, she had a matching bracelet and necklace which seemed to have sunstone and obsidian, plus a pair of round, golden sunglasses. I tried to make out the shape and color of her eyes but her glasses were tinted enough to where I couldn't make them out.
"This is Anna, our new foreign exchange student from Romania! The people she is staying with are trying to adopt her so she can stay at this school. Please be kind to her."
"Does that mean that you are a werewolf?" Robert said mockingly.
"I can sure beat you up like one," Moni replied.
For those who don't know, Robert is the school bully. He is around 6'4 and always wears old stained shirts from different food joints, a pair of ugly sweatpants, and a pair of old Nike's. He tries to make everyone's life miserable, and the fact that the new girl has already put herself as alpha over him made everyone shocked. I knew I had to hang around her.
