I was excited about being with Anna at the café. Throughout the day it was all I could think about until I saw her. The only girl at the school who I know likes me is this girl named Becky. She is this really weird girl. She often wears an MHA cosplay uniform, and cat ears. Every time she sees me talk to another girl, a few days later I see that girl on the news reported as injured my some crazed lady. But this time when I saw her she looked really sad.

"Leo, have you ever liked any other girl than me?"

"Excuse me? I don't like you."

"Well then who do you like?" she said in a deep voice that made the hair on the back of my neck stand up.

"Why would I tell you? You kill every girl that I talk to. How could I possibly like you?"

She walked away even sadder than she seemed before she talked to me, and I felt a little bad. Regardless...school had ended so it was time to go to the café and see Moni. Finally.

I step into the café and see Anna sitting at a table with a drawing notebook, an HB pencil, an eraser, and zipper pouch full of Prismacolor pencils and alcohol markers. She looked ready for anything art related that anyone could throw at her. Somehow I wasn't surprised that she was so prepared.

I order a caramel iced latte and sit down at the table. I take the seat closest to her, and we get ready to draw. We get started working on the basics such as face and body shape, eye shape, and lip shape. She is doing pretty well, and we are having a pretty good time until Becky walks into the room. She sees us at the table, frowns, orders a drink, and leaves. I am a little worried about her, and by "her," I mean Anna. Who knows what Becky is truly capable of.

"I think this is a good time to stop. We can continue tomorrow. Here is my number so we can talk. Stay safe. And keep an eye on Becky, she may try to do something to you, and you need to stay away from her."

"Why? Also here's my number too." She flicked a small piece of paper into my palm and turned toward the door. I grabbed her wrist.

"Every girl she sees me talking to gets hurt by some 'random'. So keep an eye on her." I say while making bunny ears on the random.

"I will, and thanks for the heads up," Anna answered with a glimmer of worry in her lovely eyes.

Throughout the day I was worried about Anna. I wondered if she was going to be alright, but when I turned on the news in my dorm and saw that Becky was going to jail I knew that she had attempted to kill Anna and failed. But now, I need to know how Anna is doing and if she's hurt.
