Hoseok's POV

There inside the room, was Lisa sleeping peacefully in the hospital bed, her arm patched up and wires were connected to her body. The doctor in charge of her walked towards me.

"Are you her guardian?" He asked.

I nodded my head, "Yes"

"Well sir, we've checked on her, she has a large wound on her left arm that cut some tissues and might leave a scar but it will surely heal, she also has some dislocated ribs, but don't worry we fixed them up before it's gotten worse. It looks like those dislocated ribs were made almost 2 weeks ago, we don't know for sure but it looked as if it stayed like that for a long time now, but you were lucky it was treated now before it got worst. She has some minor injuries all over her body but we'll do everything we can to fix her up so don't worry" he explained.

I nodded my head to everything he said and every single word hit me like a damn truck, it hurts. It hurts to see that the one you love has been hurting not only emotionally but physically too and you didn't do anything about it.

"We'll be leaving you with her then" the doctor said.

I nodded and thanked him. He and the nurse then got out and I immediately walked towards her and fell to my knees beside her.

"I'm sorry I wasn't there for you. I should've tried harder in protecting you.." I said as tears slowly fell from my eyes.
